Putt Putt Golf & Games is awesome! My wife and I go every week when our work schedules allow. Our favorite aspect is the arcade. If you utilize the double-token Thursdays (which we do) and get good at the games, you can really rack up the tickets! On top of that, they offer custom prizes in addition to the ones in stock, which is a huge plus for us as we do not belong to the age range for which most arcades stock prizes (we are kids at heart though). Reading through some of the other reviews, I was shocked to see complaints about the staff. During my many visits, the staff have all been excellent! Weve even gotten to know some of them better over time, and I can say that they are good people. This point was actually the first one that came to mind when thinking through my review, even before the fun games. We have been there when it was crazy busy, and we have been there when it was slower. While the wait for assistance can be a bit longer when they are busy, thats to be expected as they are dealing with quite a bit. This is the case with any business! Even when they are slammed with customers, however, they always treat us kindly and warmly. To sum it up, go and have some fun!

We went here because we thought it would be big, as every one we have gone to in dallas is big. It had appx. 40 video games, but 4 were broken. We played the first nine holes on the right of the course, and it was mediocre. A third of the holes had the cup on the opposite side of a hill, the rest had the hole at the top of a hill. I dont think there were any go carts so this is a place for video games and mini golf. The gas station like pizza was 9 dollars for a large and the nachos were awful and not worth it for 2.50. If you buy 10 games of mini golf, they are 4.00 each. The ice cream was good, but no waffle cones. They had sugar cones in a waffle shape. It costs 40 tickets for a sucker and the selection for tickets was slim. We went on a sunday afternoon so the staff was slim (2), on par with any place on a sunday afternoon. As a result I had to wait more than 7 mins twice. Staff was friendly, more so than most places and they are the only reason I gave this place 3 stars.

Putt-Putt Golf & Games is a fun place for the family. They are reasonably priced, but the 10 game ticket is the best buy. Another nice touch is the double-token day on Thursdays. If you know you are going to be bringing a group, go by and pickup some 10 game tickets as well as a bunch of tokens on the Thursday before your event. Putt-Putt also has batting cages with complimentary bats and helmets when you purchase your tokens. There are 5 cages with pitches for baseball and softball with speeds that range from 35 to 65 mph.

My family and I went here today to check it out. The Mini Golf was really fun. The arcade is kind of small and although I loved most of the games in it, several of them took our tokens. BUT, There was always someone attentive to our needs but one guy seemed annoyed when it was time to redeem our tickets. Its so much better then driving to Gatlinburg for sure.

Great family fun place for all ages. Our family likes to play put put golf. I like using the batting cages. There are several batting cages available for baseball and softball with different speeds for each. There is food and drinks available inside with an arcade. They do have separate rooms available for parties. Always happy fun service.

LOVE this place! Fair prices, clean, family friendly, extremely polite and friendly staff. I just found it b.c I stumbled across an ad for their annual free night. It also is kinda hidden in The West End Plaza. They have a special everyday of the week which I like. They are open May-Oct and I only wish Id have found them sooner!

This place is great for family fun! Every time I visit my family in Farragut this is where we go! The staff is very friendly, and the course is always nice and clean. I just wish they had more games to play inside, but I guess thats not what most people come for! I have a blast every time I go, and their slushies are delicious!

What a great place for parties and get togethers! I recommend Putt Putt Golf & Games! My son loves it because there are so many games and its clean! Weve played all the courses and just love the staff and the atmosphere. I highly recommend Putt Putt Golf & Games in Farrigut.

We had to use the school coupons! The prices on the games are very reasonable. Had a blast playing the mini golf. The arcade games gave us descent tickets. The employees were friendly too! We will definitely come back with the rest of our family soon.

Fun place for the family but the workers are not very friendly . Actually the one guy is pretty rude . He rolls his eyes and acts like you asked him to rip his own arm off if he has to communicate with other people .
