First off Ill say my server India was great very helpful heres the problem my sister nephew myself and my 2 children went there to eat the food came out cold the plates were hot though we sent the food back after waiting nearly 30 mins after already being there 30mins I walked around to find another manager I spoke to a manager name walee I explained to him the problem and how we have been waiting almost 30 minutes for the other manager to bring our food out I than told walee I just want my money back this is ridiculous we basically have been sitting a hour just to drink tea and eat bread while talking to walee our server found us with the food in her hand walee was extremely rude saying to my sister he doesnt understand whats going on as to why do we now have food clearly it was the food we were waiting on at this point we are going back and forth and at the restaurant over a hour without eating with 3 kids walee was no help extremely rude he shouldnt be a manager Ill be calling cooperate on Monday to file a complaint about how horrible we were treated all we wanted was for the food to be remade instead we were talked to like idiots as if we did something wrong walee needs to be fired!!! And Ill never eat at this location and Ill definitely let others about my experience

Should have went to carrabbas, theres so many other great choices in this area (Arizonas) olive garden should be your last resort. If McDonalds drive through is long. Waited 20 mins for a server, 45 mins for the drinks we ordered (after our food was out). They brought my food out first, while the rest of the table just stared for at least 10 mins. The server stated they no longer served ceaser salad WTF. And to top it off we didnt receive or was offered shredded cheese. We used a cheese shredder off a empty server tray that was left near our table. UPDATE: The manager Walee seen my facial expression when my family and I got up and went the front to pay after waiting for our check (20 mins). I was just really ready to go before I flipped out on someone, because I love their food and service usually. He was very apologetic and gave us a gift card. However it was a complete of time.

NOT A SAFE PLACE TO STOP AND EAT!!!!!!! Especially for travelers!!!!!! We stop at this Olive Garden on the way to High School Cross County state meet. The food an service were good. But while we were in the restaurant, our car was broken into, which was parked in-front of the restaurant. Other customers noticed the break-in and let the manager know that it had happen, but the manager did nothing, didnt even bother to call the police. It was not until we left that we found out that our vehicle had been broken into and we had to notify the police. The manager came out and to took down my information to give to their insurance company, which I was suppose to hear from Monday. I have emailed corporate and called he restaurant and still have not gotten a response. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!

The food was very good,, the service was good. The hair in my food was not. Management corrected the problem and even gave me a replacement meal at no cost. The reason that I am giving them such a low score is because of how the hair probably came to be in my food in the first place. I watched as a lady dressed in a chefs coat came out and deliver food to family just 2 tables over. As she was handling their plates with her left hand she reached up and brushed her hair out of her face with her right. Big NO NO. Training, reprimand if necessary and more training from management is required to get it through to everyone involved in food preparation not to touch their face, hair or any other part of their body when handling food.

We had just entered the restaurant right after a bomb threat... The restaurant staff was kind and considerate. It took a moment for our food to get there, there were four of us. My two friends ordered the soup and salad, my other friend and I ordered lasagna and salmon. Soup and salad was given first then about 15 minutes later my other friend and I received our food. Her lasagna was good, unfortunately my salmon was overcooked... however they easily and quickly transitioned my food into something else and I also had the soup and salad. All things considered it was a wonderful meal, the staff was kind and considerate. I just wish my fish had not been overcooked. Otherwise, like I said... wonderful experience. I will go back.

On March 21st 2017 at the Lithonia Ga. Location I received the greatest customer service from your Togo counter . A young Lady by the name of Cici was outstanding. The way she conducted her self with customers was amazing and handling the phones at the same time, and gave service with a smile. I had not ever been to this location before my first time, I was very impressed. The last time I visit an Olive Garden it was Cerritos California a few years ago. Where Im from. My order was perfect I ordered the Salad and Breadsticks everything was so Fresh. I will certainly visit again. Thanks Cici for setting an example for all the young people. Holly and Pierre . Great Job Team work Make the Dream work. .

Just left this fine establishment. Didnt get to sit and eat like we had planned. Waited 10 minutes at the door before anyone decided to help us, to which the individual who did had the nastiest attitude. Waited another 5 minutes for another host to come up and tell us itd be another 15 minutes to be seated even though there was clearly 3 to 4 clean open tables. I guess it was just coincidence they were closing in those 15 minutes. Tip for the buisness, get hosts that will treat your guests better since theyre the literal first face they see walking in to your place. Tip for the public, treat yourself to a nicer, cleaner and definitely better atmospheric establishment for your enjoyment.

I want to personally give a thanks at Thanksgiving for our two wonderful servers who made our family get together one of the best we have ever had..Only time all of us could sit as a collective family and break bread..Thanks to Kion and Christian for prompt and delightful service in handling it all...Hope I have your names right...Five star service and delicious food...They treated us the way anyone would like to be treated especially when enjoying a special family meal that doesnt happen too often for us. Keep it up guys...Thank you again from the Fisher and Paterson families. Would recommend this place to anyone.

This locating was average. The food was good but the waiter was clueless. He didnt do a good job of answering questions or explaining the dishes. I got the spaghetti with five cheese sauce and chicken meatballs. It was really good. My husband got the steak pasta (forgot the name of the dish) but I was pleasantly surprised that his steak was only cooked medium and it was seasoned very well. It is one of their more expensive dishes however. We went on a Sunday night, it was 4 of us, and there was no wait to be seated. Parking was ample. All in all I would go again but pray that I get a better waiter.
