I was asked by the staff to pull around when I placed an order in the drive thru. After 20 minutes waiting in the parking lot, I decided to go inside to check on my order. I asked about my order and the"manager"gave me a number of excuses to why the service was so slow. A staff member on break chose to make a comment in my direction suggesting I was being impatient. Overall very rude and unorganized. I will never return to this place and will make sure others are aware of this locations rude employees and poor service.

The young woman that took my order was incredibly helpful & kind. However, I waited 35 minutes for my food. I know that they were very busy with drive-thru, dine-in, & carryout orders.That was the only downside of my visit. Not too discouraged though, would definitely recommend. Great deals for good food.

Very rare for the order to ever actually be correct. Every once in a while Ill give them another chance and come back for lunch, and every time I regret it. Forgetting sauces and utensils I can live with. People make mistakes. Forgetting entire sides or drinks? Come on...

The service is just fine at this place. The chicken is really small and seems to be overcooked most of the time. Go to Lees Famous Recipe and you will see (and taste) a huge difference! The chicken is much bigger and tastier. Ill choose Lees over KFC anyday.

My food was great! We got alot of meal items and Jasmine assisted us at the window. Nothing was missing and she was very pleasant and helpfull. Also the manager that was assisting at the window the evening of May 10th. They were both great!!

The food is hot, fast, and correct. Ive always found the staff to be courteous while taking my order. The KFC is located immediately in front of Kroger on Dorothy Avenue. The location makes it a convenient lunch destination.

The manager (Miss Laresse) is awesome, Shes an excellent manager. And, I cant wait to talk to her about the fact that Ive been trying to call up there for the past 40 minutes and the phone has been busy the entire time

I used to love KFC. The food was fantastic. Now the chicken I get there has soggy skin. The corn is shriveled up and dried out. Very disappointing. Im looking for a new chicken place. Got any suggestions?

Very rude and not respectful was mad because I asked for 1 honey and got my order wrong my drinks wrong and no silverware it was also very cold never go there go to famous recipe much better
