James was manager and I had couple of issues and I called spoke with him he was very polite and apologetic.. He offered to make things right and I was apprehensive and yeah right but went thru few days later and was pleasantly surprised he was man of his word .. Thanks to him we will continue to visit KFC on Linden Ave ...THANK YOU SIR FOR MAKING THINGS RIGHT !!!

I wish I could rate negative on this I came through the drive and the lady refused to serve me anything on yhe menu! I was so astounded. Whoever that was should.seriously be let go immediately. Who knows what she would do if she actually gave me my food. Worst service EVER
