We went to Olive Garden today. Food was good and waitress was sweet. When it came time to pay our bill, we used the kiosk on the table. The bill came to $79 and change. We used our $20 gift card first, leaving $59 and change. With our 15% tip added we were left with $70 and change to pay. We used our debit card and finished the transaction. The other party that was with us then paid their bill on the kiosk with no problems. After they paid the kiosk flashed that the first party needed to pay the $59. I knew immediately it was a problem with the kiosk but pulled up my bank account on my smart phone and verified the $70 +change transaction went through. I also had our receipt showing our card had been processed. I told the waitress who in turn said they had been having issues with the kiosks and would need to get the manager. He came out with an attitude and said that I needed to run my card again. I told him that I already had and offered to pull up my bank transaction on my phone to verify. He refused to look and was holding our receipt showing our completed payment. Then he told me that he wanted a copy of my credit card. I told him there was no way he was getting that. He rudely left our table as if this had been our fault and we were wanting to skip out on our bill. He refused to let me speak or explain and offered only two unreasonable options. He apparently is over the place. He must not have any dealing with the public much cause clearly he does not know how to treat his well paying customers. DO NOT USE THE KIOSKS TO PAY YOUR BILL!

This does not mean all Olives Garden restaurant is the same, but how could a person placed an order for lunches a week prior to the date requested, called the evening before to make payment for the order, but was told we dont take credit card over the phone, ok is there a web site I am able to pay for the order? no. Come in to the restaurant at 8clock when we are open the next day, then you can pay. Got there 8:10AM only to find out they open at 11AM. Ok someone went to pick up the lunch, without knowing that it was not yet paid for. I was called and they put the manager on. First he came to the phone making assumptions and telling me he is busy and does not have time to deal with my situation, but I can fax him a copy of the credit card for the payment. FAXED Credit card to a restaurant but you cant take it by phone. are we going back in time or are we moving with time? I can call Papa Johns pizza or any local restaurant order a meal and pay by phone, but a what should be an A+ rated restaurant does not. Well I guess I wont be eating Italian food anymore at Olive"s Garden.

My husband and I went on a double date with my brother and his girl friend tonight and chose olive garden for dinner! We waited forever for someone to take our order, about half way threw our meal my husband looks down at his plate and there had been a bolt with a washer on it sitting under his chicken! My husband notified the waiter and the waiter went to get a manager, the manager took 15mins to come to our table and when he finally arrived all he had to say was "you can all have free desert" lol if he had of swallowed the bolt it would of killed him and we got was desert! Worst experience, won't be going back and olive garden was one of our favorites

If I could give 2.5 I would. Got carry out. Service was super friendly. Food...was pretty average/below average. The appetizer was mozzarella and calamari. It was pretty gross. Calamari was a weird white color and the mozzarella tasted like it came straight out of the Walmart freezer. Chicken parmesan was decent for what it was. Got some zeppoli and chocolate sauce for dessert. It was ok. Dont know if its this location or just the way the restaurant chain is these days. Havent eaten at an olive garden in about 7 years. Guess Ill go another 7.

Dining experience tends to be hit or miss. During our most recent trip here, the service was slow and the waitress forgot to leave out onions in our salad. We didnt say anything but picked them out and set them to the side. I noticed she looked directly at the plate and I saw it click in her eyes that she forgot, but no apology was given or anything. The host staff is also usually nice but no greeting or farewell was given upon entering and leaving this time. This was a disappointing experience but we will be back.

Waiter is little bit nosy. We stopped before 9PM to have a quick dinner before heading to North Carolina. The server was a young man who tried to pick up some small talks. He asked about "any special event to celebrate", "where do you go in North Carolina. Id assume he was trying to practice the skill of warming up the customer relationship. He also did his dessert routine after we told him that we were ready to pay the check. Good try.

We stopped in on our way to NC. We ordered the lasagna rolls, which were a special posted in the lobby. The salad was good. The rolls were okay. The lasagna rolls were barely warm!. There was not enough sauce on them either. We didnt send them back because I have heard too many stories about food that is sent back. We wont be back. BTW, we love the Asheville Olive Garden.

Food was good, atmosphere was standard, table space was above average. Service was good but almost intrusive. The spicy chicken is in fact surprisingly spicy. The salad was good but the bread sticks were a bit dry. It was overall a bit above what I expect of mid-level chain restaurants. Id give it another half star it that was an option.

The bread came out hot and fresh, the soup was a little salty, when our food came out we did not get more bread until we were half way through our pasta we waited a very long time for our server to come back so we could order a to-go order. We did however get to use our coupon so that made it a little better.

I have never had a bad experience at this olive garden. People rate this location lower be out of the prices of food but you should expect it to be that much, this is not mcdonalds. Very good service and employees

Olive Garden is always provides a good meal. We usually go every 6-8 months, not because its bad, but because we are not big Italian food buffs. But, when we do want Italian, this is the place for us.

This is one of the BEST Olive Gardens I have been too ( and I have been to them all over the country) I love to get chicken Marsala but get it with broccoli instead of starch. Fabulous!
