Im giving 2 stars because at least my husband was able to eat the pizza. They were kind of busy when we got here. More so than I would think a place in a small town on a Monday evening would be. The hostess warned us when she sat us that it would be in the other part of the restaurant which she called the lounge, which is just a sports bar. The bartender had about 10 people at a time the whole time we were there but the one server they had on the floor still took our table all the way in the other side of the restaurant while she had multiple tables on the other side keeping her plenty busy. While I dont blame her at all, that was my first clue to poor management. It took about 5 minutes to get our drink order in which was promptly brought back by the hostess. We ordered appetizers at the same time as the drinks and they were delivered about 20 minutes later by the manager/owner who informed us they had a girl who decided not to work tonight. I get it, Im a server and bartender. We ordered our pizza with the manager. They had a supreme pizza with 5 toppings but you cant do half and half on it. Ok. I told him two different times no onions when he repeated the order back to us. 10 minutes later, still no server and even though the bartender was 10 ft away from us, she didnt check on us one time. So my husband walked all the way to the other side of the restaurant to get a refill. The appetizers were just ok. The stuffed mushrooms were kind of cold but the sauce was good on the tomatoes and lettuce. Finally got our pizza about 30 minutes after we order. Theres onions on it...we told the server who actually did deliver it and she said she will tell the manager. My husband said it was ok to him but I could taste the onions and nothing else. But the crust was good. The server came back about 10 minutes later and asked how it was. We told her as I was only eating the top crust part and she just said ok enjoy. The manager never once came to our table. It was horrible service and just edible food. Maybe your experience might be better if you sit at the bar.

poor poor poor customer service. I arrived at 6:30 and ordered a fairly large to go order. I was told by the waitress that it would take 20 minutes. I proceeded to sit down and wait and wait. about 7:15 she told me it would be a couple more minutes. when 7:30 came I approached who I thought was the owner and I asked him if he was. he gave me a very short no. I then asked him if he worked here and said yes. I then asked if he could check on my order. he asked what my order was and I tried to remember everything I ordered. he then asked for my name. the whole time he was very short and acting rudely. I told him I was leaving, it has been an hour waiting on my food. I left and called to speak with the owner. in the background I hear, is that the lady that walked out. when he got on the phone, I said yes it was the lady that walked out and here is why. his response was, well what they did not tell you was they had a big order already a head of you and would take 45 minutes not 20. I informed him that if that was the case when ordering my food, I would not have placed the order. I then told the owner that I would leave a negative review on Google. his response, he didnt care and that he has 3 negative reviews already. people do look at reviews. and it does not always impact the customer, reviews are read and people do look at them. never again will I go to this establishment.

I first want to start by saying that I have been coming to Two Guys from Italy for years. I was not pleased with the past few times my family and I dined at the restaurant but I felt that the service was the problem at this point. I spoke to management and expressed my concern since I love dining their. I was told that with the difficulties of finding a responsible and professional staff is a challenge in this area. I would have to agree since my family and I have been in business for the past 30 years in citrus county. Yes I have to express my joy that the last 2 times have been amazing and refreshing. The service was the key change for the reason for my review. It was like night and day. Very attentive and friendly. I dont disagree that in the past the service was the weak link but I am certain that anyone who is looking for the dining experience with delicious food and a friendly smile service will find it here. Two Guys from Italy has been here for nearly 30 years and will be for 30 more with the way things are now. Thanks for the past 30 years and we will see you soon.

Baked Penne pasta in gourmet pomidoro sauce topped with mozzarella! Yum! This restaurants chef turns what could be a humdrum entree into an exquisite culinary delight! The sauce is savory and wonderful! Along with this I enjoyed an Italian dinner salad with house dressing and the waitress brought along a basket of fresh garlic bread. The entire meal was worth the price. This venue has many wonderful entress to choose from along with cold and hot subs and pizza. Try their pasta e fagiole soup! It is scrumptious as an appetizer. This venue welcomes small groups who want to book a dining room for their own dinner party. There is an adjoining lounge for those who want to enjoy their meal in a pub. The family who prepares the meals uses recipes they brought with them from Italy and every meal is prepared to order from scratch. It is well worth your time to come to Two Guys From Italy and enjoy the experience .

Had an awesome time and a great interaction with the bar tender. Phenomenal woman. Upon leaving the restaurant I began to walk out and the (owner) carrying a full tray of drinks ran his tray right into my head. He threw his hands in the air and gave me a dirty look. I said jeez thanks for,saying your sorry for hitting me in tge head with your tray (causing swelling and Im sure bruising) . He turned immediately around and said thanks for watching where you were going with me with.a tray of drinks. I daid,really thanks for paying attention to your surroundings. Does he realize I have a bump, swelling and possible bruising to my face (I have taken pictures) and that I could sue him. If an public apology is not given I will be contacting a lawyer tomorrow.

My husband and I just ate here with our son. The sauce tasted watered down and was gross. My husband had lasagna which they poured sauce on top of it wasnt baked in. He said its worst lasagna hes ever had and the meat had no flavor. I ordered a calzone which was ok had same sauce on side which I didnt eat was horrible. The staff was very disorganized and seemed very distant almost rude. We will never eat there again. The table behind us was sitting for about 10 minutes or more before anyone came up. Then they said I didnt know u were here. They got their drink order then didnt give menus or silverware. Finally they got everything and waitress just kept saying oh sorry I forgot. Like I said before very disorganized and unpersonable.
