Pizza Villa was ranked Number one in the "Best of Hernando" for pizza, so needless to say this sampling had to be tried. I like that they again do individual sized pizzas for lunch, as I cant (well I can but would rather not) get a whole pie for myself. I know other places do pizza by the slice but there is something about an individual pizza that is just very pleasing to me. Im British, Im strange, and Im ok with it. I tried two different pizzas to get a good overview of their selection. The first was the chefs sauce, which is a plain cheese pizza with a delicious garlic tomato sauce. Then, the second pizza was topped with (you guessed it) sausage, pepperoni, mushroom, peppers and onions. Even the cheese pizza (I never have plain pizza, but I bowed to pressure when I went) was wonderful, but I was eager to try the main event. The pizza definitely lives up to the hype. The crust is thin but still thick enough to withstand the sauces and toppings. Speaking of the sauce; wonderful is the word that springs to mind. Very flavorful and you actually get a good portion of it on the pizza. The toppings were fantastic. This catapulted Pizza Villa right into my top three. Its a REALLY, REALLY, good pizza. Try it if you havent. They have a couple of locations and are accessible to both ends of town.

I recently complained about a dish I received at Pizza Villa. I was not expecting a refund for my meal, but possibly offering to remake it or a credit off of my next visit. The manager was very rude and seemed as if he did not care. I took one bite out of my meal and that was all and he had the nerve to question the details I mentioned that was wrong as if I was lying. So, they will definitely not be receiving my business again. I loved this restaurant, but poor customer experience is definitely a deal breaker for me. I work with clients everyday and will never speak to someone as he did to me, even if there was nothing I could do to help.

Service: Waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. Food: Pizza, pasta, salad, you name it. Its all good. Not the best pizza I have, but sure is close. Large portions makes for several meals. Prices: Prices were fair for what you received. Good service, good food, large portions makes the cost seem unimportant. Pros: Very nice intimate place. The restaurant smells amazing, food is good, and the price is just right for this place. Excellent job. Cons: Too small for the demand. If you dont call ahead or get their early enough, good luck getting a place to sit, but then again on the other side you can just order your meal to go.

Have been here many times and overall enjoy the food. Sometimes the noodles arent drained enough or the sauce is watery. The problem I had tonight is they say they close at 9:00 yet we walked in at 8:40 and were offered only pizza, Stromboli, or calzone. We opted to stay anyway. Well what they didnt say was refills on drinks would be cut off so 2 were delivered at the same time. Dont mind the watered down second glass of soda. Also flipping chairs onto tables as we are eating. That felt sanitary. Last time I will visit after 7:00. If they want to be out by 9:00 then they should close at 8:00.

Food is good and servers are very nice BUT that is where it STOPS… I had an issue and asked for the manager I then voiced my complaint and he was of NO HELP.. I then told him I would tell all my friends about my experience and he told me “ If I thought I had enough influence to affect his business then go right ahead” those were his exact words…. I would eat at this location all the time but NO MORE I will not be back because of the managers no regard for customers.

When I visited Pizza Village I finally found the the pizza I knew in New York. I operated two successful pizza restaurants in Brooklyn,, for 34 years, since I retired in Florida I have been searching for that unique taste and texture of the "real thing" for me and my family, a friend recommended Pizza Village on Spring Hill Road, I finally discovered what I have been searching for, The best New York Pizza I have eaten in Florida. Try Extra Cheese. YES!

Food and service was good. Manager was extremely rude. He apparently had better places to be. We were rudely told of the closing time several times before we were finished. We always planned on leaving before 8 pm. We knew the hours when we arrived about 7. Waitress was pleasant but will not return. Expect management will run off the rest of the regular customers in time. What a shame.

Probably good pizza but we didnt get to try it. They close at 9pm and we got there at 8:30pm. We seated ourselves as the sign at the front says. A couple minutes later the waitress comes and says shes sorry but dine in closes at 8:30 pm. I didnt notice the time till we got back in the car and it said 8:33pm. That was a poor first impression and probably wont try them again.

Food is good, however this place is a rip off! portion size for pick up orders is way too small. Compare it to Village pizza if you dont believe me. If you order a sub and open the styro you will see like 4 inches of it empty. The cups of soup arent true cups they are half cups they are put in styro condiment containers. IF your smart go to village pizza its worth it!

The food was good Butt the prices are outrageous. Everything is like $10 and up. the Dinning Room is small and for the prices U would expect tablecloth and Napkins Type of dinning. And the silverware is something that U would find at a all U can eat dump. I and my whole party were very disappointed.

Good pizza and pasta. I eat here about 3 times a month or more. Service is great and friendly. I really enjoy their baked ziti, they dont short you on the cheeses and its not swimming in sauce. Id recommend it to anyone who wants a quick and inexpensive Italian meal.

Excellent pizza. Always had carry out so I dont know how the service inside the restaurant but always had good service with my carry out. Some people might want some extra sauce on the pizza you can just ask for it.

Small quite indoor dining area, service was a little slow, we had pizza, overall it was good but I thought it needed a little more sauce and less oil. Very clean and frindly atmosphere, we will most likely return.

Ive been a fan of Pizza Villas since 1995; theyve got good NY style pizza thats thin and crispy. Id say this is the second best pizza in the area. Village pizza is inconsistent, but when its good its the best!

Love this pizza place /Italian restaurant. Service is great, food comes fast. People and atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. Food is home style cooking. Been going here for 6+ years. Two thumbs up.

Excellent service and the appetizers were perfect. Well worth the money and the time. Only downside is the size of the parking lot and dining room, but that does not deter from what is provided.
