My husband goes in every other morning, to get his Dark Roast Coffee, a Venti. This morning, as he pulled out his Gold Card to pay, he accidentally pulled out 3 other cards, and they dropped out of his wallet, and he did not realize it. I have just went in to buy my Frappicino, and the SWEET PRECIOUS MANAGER, ask me what my husbands name was and I told her. She said, I have your husband credit cards, that he dropped this morning while paying for his drink. OMG, I was SO HAPPY that she went out of her way, to get his cards to me!!! Anything could have happened! Someone could have seen them, picked them up and stolen us for everything! And we would behave been devastated!! Im giving this store, their employees 5 STARS because THEY ARE THE BEST!! Thank you Thank you!!

In the drive-thru last week, I ordered a trenta iced green tea lemonade, with light ice and no classic syrup. I drove away, and when I finally took a sip of the drink, it tasted foul. When I looked at the printed label on the cup, it read "trenta iced green tea lemonade, caramel syrup, classic syrup." Upon removing the lid, the smell of the caramel combined with the green tea was nauseating. There should have been no mistaking what I ordered, as I order this same drink all the time at other locations and it is usually perfect. I didnt bother to return to the store. From now on, I will make this drink at home for a fraction of the $4.32 that is charged at Starbucks.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to, if you plan on going in the morning also plan on waiting 40 min in the drive through. Not to mention every time I have been there they read back my order right and I get to the window and is wrong every singe time. They act frustrated that they have to fix something that they screwed up. I am a lover of Starbucks and will continue to go to other locations but save yourself a headache by avoiding this one!

Seems like this store and the Rivergate store did a 180 with each other. Looks like the turnover has become high at this location. Got the same drink made by four different people four different ways. Guess management has given up here.

Its clear that Bekah (one of the baristas) cares about her customers, as she was very patient with me. Be careful of the bathroom door that doesnt lock, though.

Cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff. Came in during a Sunday rush, and staff were still cheerful and somehow got my coffee to me in just a couple minutes.
