I have the app on my phone where I do all my orders. I am in there 5+ times a week. After today I may not go back. When the girl called my name and said "Mobile order for Michelle", I picked it up and the lid was bent and not on. My coffee went on my arm, pants, floor, and all over my phone. I quickly ran over to the table where the napkins was to clean myself off. The girl said "did you make a mess"....I responded with "your lid was not on and its bent". Her response was " sorry do you need some more napkins to clean up YOUR MESS YOU JUST MADE". How rude and disrespectful is that. Not one person came out to the lobby to help me clean the mess up or asked if I was okay. Out of the 5 people there working all just starred at me like I was stupid.

While this Starbucks is pretty good. Its not the best in BG. The one on Scottsville Rd. has the best Starbucks experience. Also the parking lot is a bummer.

Its a Starbucks... Over-priced bitter coffee, but the Refreshers, shaken teas, and other non-coffee drinks are good. Staff is friendly and store is clean.
