Dont bother going for breakast. Been there twice in two weeks for breakfast.....neither time did I get anything to eat there! The first time I was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes before my food would be ready (3 SunRisers). Today I sat in line (only one car ahead of me) and waited my turn. I noticed the car in front of me never had her order taken (after about 3 or 4 minutes and she just pulled off and left. I pull up and was told "Give me a few minutes and Ill take your order". I patiently waited about 3 or 4 minutes then just asked "Are you ready yet?" to be rudely told "I said youd have to wait a few minutes before Id help you". I just left.

The food is always horrible!! This store shoukd have been the one closed down over the rivergate store this place is nasty, unfriendly, rude, and out right disgusting!! They dont even deserve a damn star if you asked me... it will be my last time here ever!! The last 3 times Ive had to get my money back on crappy food and they didnt want to do that until I threw a fit and itemized what was wrong with a store full of customers... #PissedOff

Stinks! I normally love Krystal..I will go 50 miles out of my way to find another one..Watch your change! Lady rang me up wrong..and double charged then argued with me..Everything I got was $1 each so after 20 minutes of trying to explain 10 items can NEVER be $24 even with TAX she returned my change..was almost scared to eat the food..It was horrible! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I dont understand why people are saying that the employees are rude? Ive never had anything but the upmost respect there. One time I walked in and my order was slightly later than it should have been, because they had new employees. So the manager gave me a free soda on the house. Great place.. I would recommend it.

Got here at 9 pm. Ordered some Krystals and its 9:15 and an employee just gave me my Krystals while he was smoking a cigarette. The lobby was empty and no one came through the drive through during this time. Terrible service. Avoid this place.

The service is very slow I waited 30 minutes to 45 minutes just for a 24 pack of crystals there food is great but service is very slow and they dont have energetic are friendly employees they walk around and act like they just hate there job

Staff is always friendly to me and funny. Food is always fresh and I never have to wait. Only complaint is its always too hot if you eat inside. It sure beats the Burger King down the street. Now theres a nightmare.
