Good variety, and family friendly. Our family of four ate here for lunch today. All told, we got everyone fed for $28. They have a long list of regular hamburgers as well as cheese-stuffed burgers, plus kids meals. We were met at the door by a helpful gentleman I think was the manager or the owner, who explained how the menu worked to us. The food didnt come instantly, but it didnt take a long time either. (Maybe five or ten minutes?) My spouse and I both liked our burgers; we ordered the Freemore burger and the Buffalo burger. The meat was cooked to just the right temperature, not dry at all. Our kids ate almost all of their kids meals (the hot dog meal and the chicken nuggets meal), something they dont always do even at their favorite fast food places. They loved the fruit punch. My daughters only complaint was that the fries were too salty. The atmosphere was inviting; it is in a historic building with big roll-front windows and plenty of televisions for sports or news. The only thing wrong was that the floor around the drink machine was a little sticky, but thats not a deal breaker. We definitely would eat there again. Why did I give it 4 stars instead of 5? We did have a little bit of sticker shock when the final tab rang up, because we hadnt realized that the fries and drinks were ala carte, not included in the burger price. But on reflection, the price for what we got was still good value!

How unfortunate that this once great burger place changed hands and has gone down hill tremendously. Living in the neighborhood we were very excited when burger company opened many years ago. The Smith family ran a wonderful business. After our last try this evening, we have decided not to try again. The burgers are always over cooked, more like burnt. The kids hot dog use to be a full hotdog size with an option of wheat or white bun, now it is a half size bread with a half size meat? Or something which I question whether it is beef. Sorry, did not let my child eat this... in addition, we ordered chilli on the hotdog, and they missed that completely. The once wonderful tachoes, where less desirable. They should have not changed any of the original recipes. I dont like to write bad reviews, but I have waited and tried too long hoping for a change. I hate this since it is so close to home. Hopefully, they will be able to make some changes and have a succeful business in the future. The west side is growing and I dont think you are hitting your target market for this area. Hopefully you will take this review to heart and focus on the quality of your food. Your servers are dedicated, your kitchen staff seems to be organized and clean. Hopefully you can fix your bigger issue which keeps us coming back.

Mediocre burgers. Average, forgettable sides. Fair prices. Some of the worst food service Ive had in a long while. Waitress was unattentive, slow to bring drinks, forgot sauces that were asked for. After we got the check, it took nearly 30 minutes for the waitress to come pick up our payment, like she didnt care or forgot, I dont know. Constantly called everyone at the tabe "baby"... THERE WERE NO BABIES PRESENT. Would not recommend. UPDATE: After two days, I had to knock my score down to one star from two. The food from this place LITERALLY came back to haunt me and my wife. We both had nightmares the night after eating here, then made the bad decision of eating the leftovers the next day and tossed and turned with horrible dreams the following night as well. Dont make the same mistake we did! Go elsewhere!

The food was pretty good but the service was very terrible. When we entered a white women with red hair greeted us and asked did we want to eat inside or outside. We decided to seat inside the lady said she was going to seat us, but she decided she was going to go do others thing while we stood their for about 10 mins. Finally a man server came and seated us then we had to wait another 15 mins just to get drinks. The lady who was suppose to seat us continued to walk past us and never acknowledged us again. The man who seated us ended up being our waiter and he was very pleasant. I feel the lady didnt want to serve us because our skin color because another couple who had her walked out and said she was racist. Me and my husband left the man waiter a 25% tip for being kind.

My friend and I were looking for some places to eat and we thought we would try this place. Please, dont make the same mistake we did. The menu looked great, they had a nice variety of entrees and appetizers. We ordered some fried pickles for our starter and they were average. My friend did the create your own burger and I got a buffalo chicken sandwich. His food was bland and my chicken sandwich consisted of 1.5 chicken tenders (they were old, cold and flavorless), tomato, lettuce, and, literally 3 crumbs of blue cheese which didnt even look like blue cheese. The fries were cold and tasteless. The only reason there isnt a 1 star rating is because the service was good. In a nutshell, the food can be described only as cold, bland and overpriced.

Ive been here twice and both times there was something just off about the food. The first time I had a salad and it was just ok, it had the kind of lettuce that is straight up purple and tastes like dirt. Not my style. The second time I got a Carolina Burger and the chili made the bun so soft that the whole thing was one giant, soggy mess. Plus, the burger tasted like fairly low grade beef. Their menu is fun and there is so much more I can choice from. Plus they just opened a few months ago, so maybe I try a few other things on the menu while they try to figure out how to vamp up some of the things that arent working so well yet.

The service at this place is pathetic. Before we ordered, they told us there was a 15 minute delay, and it took twice that, leaving no time to eat lunch. Their staff was dismissive when I approached them, and when I arrived at work, I noticed the burger wasnt even fully cooked. In a previous trip, the service was slightly better, but the burger was dry. It was acceptable, but nothing special. Id summarize their food by saying they offer a wide variety of very mediocre burgers. Theyre a fad that wont last, period.

the burgers are great! if you like Black Bean burgers i am told they are good-i prefer MEAT...LOL i get the American Burger and just adjust to my taste-which you can do with any of their burgers. Service is usually on point but we went around lunch this last time and it was ok. The gentlemen who took our order at the register was cool...waitstaff-much to be desired! But food was still on point! Try em! they have outside seating on the porch-perfect for spring and fall...winter and summer you can decide that! lol

If you build a burger with blue cheese sprinkles, slaw, and whatever your favorite toppings are you will not be disappointed. I recommend the home made delicious and crunchy onion rings with a side of sour cream and chives to dip them in. For an appetizer the Golden Finger wings are absolutely delicious. If you dine in you will have the pleasure of tasting them while they are yet crunchy. But if you drive them home the steam will have done away with the crunchiness. Its not the same without the crunch but still good.
