They have given me the wrong order SEVERAL times now. One time they even left me waiting for 15 minutes at the Drive Thru window and when we finally went inside to find out why, they just said "We didnt receive the signal that you were there" In other words, they were sitting around talking instead of actively looking for customers. Sounds like another "Its not my fault" or "Its not my job". Frankly, it is you job!!!!

Alright, let me start by saying that I dont write bad reviews to nitpick. I do enjoy the food occasionally but this location is just flat out gross. I have been eating here for fourteen years and I have seen the decline. The service is BAD EVERY TIME. The lady taking my dads order disrespected him and that makes me very upset. Not recommended but I do believe the only one in Avon.

The worst Burger King ever! EVERY time we come through the drive-thru were usually the only car, and EVERY time our order is wrong! The manager keeps a bad attitude. My food even tasted like cleaning solution one time, and I reported it to the news station. Either get a whole new staff or tear down the building.

Got the steakhouse king and some onions rings from this place and the rings were hard and stale like crackers and the burger was ok. All in all fire the cooks and preparers no reason i should be eating day old food from a trashbag. Waste of money and time. Would have rather gave my money to a bum!!

Someone needs to teach the kids here how important presentation is. What you order vs. what you get. At least make it look like an $8 burger. Not even busy here, so theres time to do it right. Take pride in your job. Even if its just a summer job at a fast food joint.

Went there to get some chicken fries cause I havent ate jack shxt all day and decided to stop by the drive thru and turned out I got some stale ass chicken fries. Not happy considering I wanted to try the new jalapeño chicken fries but was disappointed

They get 3 stars because their chicken fries are pretty decent if you get them at the right time. Other than that the food isnt very good and its scarce. I.e. lottle to no sauce or bacon or tomatoes or anythung. Its always dry or you can tell its old.

I had a horrible experience here. They mixed up my orders so they put cheese in one burger and pickle in the other when I asked for neither in one hamburger. They also put an absurd amount of mayonnaise on them. It was almost not edible.
