Worst experience EVER! After paying for our food we sat at the window for 30 minutes finally the girl came the window and said she was cooking our food fresh. There was a piece of chicken sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. She then touched the chicken with her dirty hands that she had been touching money with and put it on bread. No thanks. Knocked on the window and just asked for our money back. Another employee came to the window and asked what the problem was? Told her that we had been waiting for 45 minutes she said sorry the grill was slow. Then we told her also that piece of chicken had been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes and we just wanted our money back. She gave our money back but that took another 10 minutes to figure out how to open the register. Never going back!

Useless employees. Theres a line of 6 cars and there are three employees sitting outside. One smoking, 2 chatting and playing on their phone. The person at the speaker didnt seem to be speaking to anyone inside the store. I got fed up and drive through the other lane that wasnt working and I see theres a long line of people in the front too! Tell me why there are 3 employees just hanging out outside when theres a line up front and back?! Maybe they shouldntve reopened the store since the only redeeming quality are their fries which you can purchase at the local grocery store.

this was our first and last time. Me and my fiancee stopped by after work today it took forever to get to the speaker to order after ordering it took an extra 20 minutes just to get up to the cashier so while waiting till the order was ready 15 minutes later we get our order we parked to make sure our order was right we open up the bags we got 2 small tiny burgers for the price of $10? what the actual hell I couldve gone to Krystal or white castle for better service THIS CHECKERS IS MY FIRST AND WORST EXPERIENCE THEY SHOULD ALL BE FIRED

TERRIBLE SERVICE...was the 3rd car in line and it took over 20 minutes just to get to the window. I also had to repeat my SIMPLE order (cheeseburger with ketchup & mayo only) 3 times before they repeated it back correctly. After paying I then sat at the window for over 10 minutes...this is not fast food. I could have gone to restaurant and eaten quicker.

Absolutely the worst place to go for customer service. You can sense the employees really dont wanna be here especially when the manager greet you at the drive in window and she was the worst one ever. Keyosha Should really consider a career change fast food industry for her. Will absolutely call the 1 800 numberis To vocalize our concerns

5 people were working however only 1 window was open. The food is expensive and the quality is terrible. My girlfriends Sweet tea was just plain sugar water and my daughters chicken bites were tasteless. The burger I ordered was good but not much bigger than a double stack from Wendys. I wish I went to Wendys.

I had been craving the french fries from Rallys and decided to stop by. I ordered the cheesesteak which they were were out of hoagy rolls and were putting them sourdough -_- it was actually edible and I enjoyed it. However, the fries tasted like meat and the apple pie did as well. I wont be back

Worse service ever. Been here twice at night and basically told to hang on while they are outside sitting down playing on their phones. Why not get up and do your job instead sitting down on the job knowing you not on break. Will never go back to that checkers again

I love there food but every time i go i cant get half of what i want cuz there out of it or the shake machine is down its really getting to the point where im going to stop going and that would be a real bummer cuz the food when i can get it is awesome

The food is reasonably priced and has been good every time we go, but the service is reliably mediocre at best. Slow, not terribly courteous, and often forgetful of things like drinks and straws.

Been here a few times and each time the cashiers have an additude and are very rude. It seems the pace of service depends on the day and time you go. I suggest eating elsewhere.
