The food was good, but the service was HORRIBLE! We called ahead of time to set a reservation at 530 for 2 people, but the rest of the party (which was 9 people) would be there til after 6pm. The person in which I spoke to was okay with that. One of my friends got that there at 530 and she was seated at a table for 11 people. I came about 15 min later and we both ordered wine as we waited for the other guest to arrive. A few minutes before 6pm, our waiter (William) asked when would the rest of the guest be there because our reservation was at 5. We explained to him what we told the person that answered the phone , because he seemed to be highly upset about the others not arriving yet. Now, I could understand if there we people waiting to be seated but the place was COMPLETELY empty (it was a Monday)! The guests started to arrive a little after 6pm and he started taking drink orders because happy hour was over at 7. Once he left the table one of the guests that arrived after 6 asked me if the waiter was rude to us. I said yeah we kinda noticed that when we arrived. He brought the drinks back to the table and she asked him how was his day going, his response was "Its Monday"! We continued to ignore his rude comments and gestures because we were ready to take orders and eat. He began to take orders and when my food came out, I noticed that I had plain chicken and not Mild like I asked. I told him that I asked for mild and he offered to take my chicken( that I had taken a few bites from) back and let them fry it again in mild sauce! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! I told him thats not an option so he offered to bring me mild dipping sauce. I told him that would be fine. He brought another round of drinks we ordered to the table and I asked if he brought my dipping sauce out with the food. His response was "he can only do one thing at a time, its only one of him". I lost it I told him that he was rude to us the entire time we were there and he didnt welcome us as guests to the restaurant! He was so upset because we all had spoken up and let him know how rude he had been to us. He brought the sauce back and shoved it in my hand and it spilled all over my fingers. Never said excuse me, sorry or anything. By this time I think he tried to beat us to the punch, so he told the manager that we had issues with him. The manager was extremely nice (cant remember his name), but he offered many options to me since I didnt get the correct flavor of chicken. I told him I didnt want anything free, nor was I looking to get a discount...All I wanted was great customer service when I walk into an establishment. He sent another waiter to the table, but this guy William should have been sent home for the way he treated us ON A MONDAY!!!!!

I wanted to try some hot chicken while I was in Nashville and unfortunately, I didnt find out that Hattie Bs closed at 4 pm until after the fact. So I yelped hot chicken and Party Fowl was one of the places that came up. It also happened to be semi-near the next location we needed to be at, so we decided to stop here for a quick dinner. Reservations are very important (not sure if its a Nashville or Tennessee or just a Party Fowl thing). My three friends and I showed up at around 6 and the place was half empty. Even so, they wouldnt seat because apparently, the whole restaurant was already reserved. So we ended up sitting by the bar, which was fine, since we were in a time crunch. I was planning to order their hot chicken, but seeing as I was hungover the entire day, Im not sure if I could have stomached that half a chicken. So I ended up getting the deconstructed cobb salad (Chopped romaine with tomato, cucumber, bacon, blue cheese, smoked hard-boiled eggs, avocado and hot chicken ). In fact, all four of us ordered that. You can pick your hotness level - grilled, southern fried, mild, medium, hot, Poultrygeist. I went with mild and there was barely any spice to it. Not complaining though, because Id rather have it be not spicy enough, than too spicy. The flavor of the chicken was good but it was dry. Im not sure if chicken breast is just not their specialty - maybe it was my own fault and I should have went with that half a chicken. I also wasnt a fan of the smoked egg. But this isnt Party Fowls fault - I dont really like that smoked flavor in general. Not sure I would be back but other than that deconstructed cobb salad, it seems like a nice place to grab a few beers and watch some sports.

Are you kidding me???? The menu reads well .. the order taker was nice and the order was accurate although i know it takes 23 minutes to fry chicken so there is no way our meal could be ready in 15 minutes. The menu items appear tasty and sound quite appealing.. what was served was quite different. Tge lettuce on the salad was black and wilted .. the chicken in the salad was dry and tough... the 4 small fried rice balls was not even worth half the 9 dollar price tag. The restaurant wasnt full until i had been sitting there 40 minutes. The fried chicken was mild not medium and Ive had better at Dodges .. the Shelll station on Spencer and countless other gas stations in a 5 mile radius alone. The bartender served me less than an ounce (as i have tended a few bars in my time) of maker"s mark and charged me 10 dollars. We brought it home and are still hungry after spending 50 bucks on food alone. Sticking to pour house across the street from now on and Ill get my chicken where i get my gas. Too bad youre all high of think everyone is ss stupid and lazy as your employees are.

Went in for Brunch today was seated early for my reservation, which is always nice. A young lady greeted me and said she would be back to get an order. So I sat there for a bit with no drink just waiting. She came back I ordered my drink, a bloody Mary (no options given). After I got my drink I I ordered brunch and a salad Togo. When the salad came out it had bacon and blue cheese on it, dont eat pork nor blue cheese which I asked not to have on there when I placed the order. The manager fixed it for. Then my bill came and the check read Absolut Bacon, again dont eat pork. Asked about it and one was taken off the bill. Its not 5 hours later and I went to eat my Cobb salad and wouldnt you know it...it had a whole thing of Blue Cheese Dressing inside of it! Guess I dont get to enjoy my salad either....oh and the food was fine.

The atmosphere was pretty cool; however my food will be donated, to the first homeless person who ask me for $ to buy some food.. I ordered my food to go, not bland and stale. My chicken and Mac& cheese were served explicitly cold, server asked me, did I wanted my food reheated.. I simply stated no.. because I dont care for "NUKED FOOD". My expectations were set pretty high only because the reviews were pretty good..and the bill ended up being around 30 dollars. Besides the chicken being cold and dry, the crust was hard as a rock, and the Mac & cheese was "BLAND" topped with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.. My hard earned money, I paid doesnt match the quality of food. GOOD IDEA AND INTENTIONS... HOWEVER ..POOR EXECUTION AND FOOD QUALITY..
