I Would rate zero stars if possible. 9pm Friday Feb 27th 2015, we walked in and saw all the chairs in one corner, and the entire floor wet and being scrubbed. My girlfriend said "oh. What time do you close?" The man scrubbing the floor rudely stated "10". Seriously? An hour before you close and I cant sit down to eat? He took our order, did not ask if it was for here or to go, put our food in a bag, making it clear the entire time he did not want us there, and we left. I noticed all of the warmers were powered off as well. I understand people want to leave at a decent time from cleaning the restaurant. But seriously that was bullshit. All i wanted to do was sit down and eat after a 14 hour work shift and not eat at my hotel...... Will NEVER return to this location...... I put photos of the condition of the restaurant at 9pm, which closes at 10, on here as well assuming they go through. Edit: i wrote this before I even started eating. The chicken was stale, like at least two hour old stale. The icing on the cake.....

I dont like this place because I went in there on the 30th to order a meal and received it and it was completely dark brown the food was disgusting the customer service was horrible I went in and call the customer service and corporate and they told me to go back in now Ive waited three days for this place to contact me not one person has contacted me and when I finally actually went into the business to have them correct my meal the manager Carl told me that there was nothing that he could do for me at all and when I called corporate he decided to call the police on me for asking for my money back

The absolute worst KFC anywhere. Your order takes at least a half hour to process. Staff is clueless. Place is greasy, Service does not exist. If I could rate it lower than poor, I would. I had 30 minutes to spend for a meal at work. It took that long just to get my order and process it. How long should a 3 piece original receipe order take? These people are loosers......

our orders have been messed up everytime we go there and I thought id give them a second and third chance and i called 3-4 times to place a large catering order and no one will answer. this place is a joke and the good reviews left on here must be their employees leaving reviews to keep them from reaching a 1 star total award.

Again so disappointed, we are new to Michigan City and love KFC but this one needs management help. 5 out of 6 times our order has been wrong which means we have been shorted out of food each time. Not only can they not get an easy order right they never have sauces or honey or butter. Come on how cheap can you get.

Needs new management. 6pm on a mo day - only 4 people in here ordering and 2 in drive thru. Drive they took so long I came inside. Screwing up everyones order. Manager seemed not very well trained-no organization and took 20 minutes. Floor very greasy and didnt look clean back there. Never again.
