The only reason I didnt give it five stars is because of the customer service. The food is amazing, Im never disappointed when its a Mark Jones restaurant. However, they should learn proper phone etiquette when answering. I think instead of just saying "Brittany" when they answer they should at least name the restaurant and ask "how may I help you?" Ive also experienced bad customer service while dining in as well. I get that youre busy, but you should be used to working under pressure or maybe consider leaving the food industry. Other than that, love the food. Would just get it to go.

Pretty generous portions, good and fluffy scrambled eggs and great hash browns (petite diced potatoes rather than the classic shredded), huge biscuit. one one our orders included "over easy eggs" which did not look good when it was served. The over easy egg is supposed to have a runny yolk and thats about it. if half of the egg white is still liquid, I would not consider that "OVER EASY". you can check out the pictures. Over all a good spot for breakfast. I would go back but I will stay away from Over Easy Eggs.

Went Saturday morning and it was crazy busy. We had a long wait for a party of 6, most of their tables seat 4. Not a problem for us though, the food is worth the wait. Friend ordered the breakfast burrito and it was huge, 4 of us ordered the Coop and the kiddo had the French toast biscuit with the fruit topping. Excellent food and the wait staff was nice. Been here several times and will come back again. Be prepared to wait if you come during a busy time, seating is limited!

I found this place on Google. Didnt know what to expect, but the pictures and reviews were good. The service was great. Very fast and very friendly. I was hoping they had chicken and waffles, but they didnt. I got the 3 piece chicken platter with tater tots. It came out super fast, and it was delicious. The honey mustard was a little too mustardy for my taste, but it looked homemade. The biscuits are huge, and theyre fluffy. Loved this place, would definitely recommend.

I was skeptical about eating a biscuit for lunch, but little did I know the treat that awaited me. This little place is one of many amazing Columbus eateries. It was recommended that I try The Chelsea, a biscuit sandwich with fried chicken, pimento cheese and jalapeno jelly. I had a side of cheese grits, and this combination made for a very tasty lunch. The service was very good, even with the place being packed with patrons. You wont be disappointed.

Delicious food! First time having a biscuit sandwich of this caliber and was not disappointed. Also the home fries were extraordinary. The wait was about 40 minutes, as it was a Saturday morning And we had a group of 6, but it was so worth it. Additionally our food came out in under 10 minutes after we ordered. Our waitress was nice and kept our drinks consistently full despite the busyness. Would return and bring a friend.

The (real) Arden. RIP. Not very happy right now. Collard greens, grit cake and fried green tomato with chow chow in wheat wrap. Who wouldnt think this perfection? Morphed to a bacon, lettuce and fried green tomato wrap. Devastating. Judging by all the traffic and happy faces when at Plucked Up, it really deserves high ratings. Would have rated it 4 stars on Monday, but today my heart is broken.

I had heard so much about this place, so I had to try it. It was even better than I imagined. I ordered the Cutbait Burrito, and it was HUGE and delicious. Definitely enough for two. The atmosphere was great. We had a bit of a wait (about 30 mins for a party of 2 on a Saturday around 10 AM), but it was worth it. (But with Mark in charge, you cant expect anything but excellence!)

Every time I come here, I have a delicious meal. The fried chicken with bacon jam and sweet biscuits is my absolute favorite. Everything on the menu is wonderful, though. The sausage biscuit with blackberry mustard is amazing. The staff is always friendly and finding a parking spot is easy on the weekdays. Be prepared to wait on the weekends, but know that it is worth it!

We were visiting Columbus and came here on a recommendation from a coworker. My husband and I both got The Chicken Coop, and our only regret was that we didnt share one instead of each ordering our own. It was delicious, but the food doesnt keep well for later, and the portions are sizable! The food was excellent and the service was quick and friendly.

Great atmosphere with friendly service. I had the Chelsey, a chicken biscuit with pimento cheese, bacon and sweet pepper jelly, very good. The chicken was cooked just right and the flavors blended perfectly. My tater tots were a bit over cooked and tasted like they were cooked with the chicken but Ill definitely go back and recommend to friends.

Super delicious!! All seven of us ordered something different and no one was disappointed. We all exclaimed WOW!! from the time the food was brought out until after it was gone. So good! The coffee is hands down life changing. All the coffee drinkers left with a to go cup just to prolong our enjoyment. Thank you so much!!!

Awesome place to go. First visit was with my Dad and step-mom visiting from California. They wanted to only eat at places they didnt have out there. This was also my first time at Plucked Up. We all loved it. Ive since been back multiple times. Never disappointed. Great food. Great service. Keep getting Plucked Up.

Excellent service, we went during lunch time on a Friday so the only seating left was outside. We ordered the chicken coop, with some sweet ice tea. It took roughly 5 minutes for our food to come out so that was a plus! Our food was delicious and the gravy mixed in with the egg yolk was yummy!

This place is only open for brunch but I would eat this for every meal if I could. This is hands down my favorite place in Columbus, GA. Try the beignets and the chicken coop they are amazing! This place is really popular and not that big so expect to have some sort of wait time to sit.

Outstanding food, well worth the wait times on the weekend. If you are looking for a wonderful place to get breakfast, this is it. Be warned, there can be a bit of wait for a table. The customer service is not the best, but the food quality and price make up for it.

I tried Plucked Up while on a business trip in Columbus, holy cow was it good. The food was delicious, it came out quickly, I was seated immediately, and there is plenty of parking. Totally recommend the place if you want quasi-comfort food and excellent chicken.

OMG. Cannot say enough about this place. Its very popular so there is often a wait but the staff is quick and the food comes out shortly after ordering. The quality of the good is to notch and the prices are excellent. The French toast biscuits: to. die. for!
