They almost never get your order right. Then look at u as tho ur the blame. Hello!! If I want old food thats sitting why go out to eat. If I spend my money I want it hot and fresh. Theyve tried to tell me it jus came up. Yeah right, fresh chicken out of the grease would be very hot not cooled and taste old.

CJ Harris is the best manager, love her!!!! I love that KFC offers a free Go Cup for completing their survey and all you have to do is buy a drink. Most people want a drink with their meal anyway so its a win-win. Plus theres no once every 30 days use clause with their surveys.

Stood in line awhile to place order and walked out. You have a manager or lead walking around didnt help us or say someone will be with you in a moment. Real bad service. I feel like since it was black workers and I was white that I didnt get served the way I should.

Curbside service is awful. The employees are very rude. Usually if a restaurant is out of you order they will substitute without charging you any additional money. I was even told one time they werent going to cook anymore chicken and it wasnt even 8 oclock.

They never have chicken or run out. The lines are always backed up. And what place doesnt do split pay. Then when I asked for condiment he acted like it came out of his own pocket or something. Never coming back I will go to the one on lafayette road instead.

They are amazing people, I came in ordering for 9 people. They were fast and very helpful. The store was very clean for being so busy. Will recommend to people. Nice friendly staff and great food.
