It took 27 minutes (I timed it) for 2 people to get their order of food, standing inside. The people in the drive-thru were getting their orders meanwhile the dining room was stacking up. It must have been because half of the team were just standing around talking. My food stood in a bag on one of their counters for over 20 minutes. Then when I finally got my food I went home only to find out part of my order was missing! The food was cold and needless to say I was supremely pissed off. Also while I was there the person taking my order was very short with me and was very rude... even though I was happy and smiling. The person after me was met with a warm hello and welcome. Keep in mind that Im white and the other gentleman was African American. I hate so say it but theyre seemingly racist at this location....

Eat at this location atleast 2 to 3 times a week work two doors down the manager on duty was so rude to me I order a 3 piece meal and a 3 piece strip and they charged me for 2 strips I asked to take one off shrugged her whole body and huffed and puffed and then did it , I asked for a receipt showing that it had been returned to my car and she said I had to wait till all the customers were out of line so I waited 20 mins and then got back in line when asking again she was like I told you I will get it out after these people are served I said ive been here 30 mins she said im not going to argue with you so thats why iam writing this now she should be fired !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience at this Popeyes location was so bad that it has inspired me to write my first ever review! I ordered a two-piece dark mild and a four-piece white spicy and two drinks. After paying, I was handed two drinks and one meal. When I asked where the other meal was, I was met with confusion until another female employee came up to the window and started arguing with me immediately. I know its hard to hire good help, but from across the room the manager rolls her eyes and yells to just get what he wants and glares at me. I let them keep my $20 and left with the two drinks. Will not be back....

FOUND BUG IN MY FOOD. DONT EAT HERE. This place is ridiculous. I paid $9 for a meal, bring it home, open the bag and see a BUG stuck onto my biscuit. I just cant see how the person that put that biscuit in the bag didnt see a bug fried on top of it. Maybe she was too busy chatting with the other rude A$$ employees about "shaking it at the club tonight" The employees dont even know you exist, dont even thank you. I blame the management for not keeping a clean work area and enforcing good customer service. They just lost my business for sure.

Ive been here multiple times and I have to say Im hooked! The establishment itself is kept clean, the service is friendly, and the food comes out at a reasonable time, but the only thing that stops me from giving this place 5 stars is the location; I cant bring myself to go anywhere near this part of Nolensville at night, even with how much I like the food here. I would have given a firm 5 stars if this was in a safer part of town.

The service was awesome, we had to wait for our order because the location had back to back large orders, J. McMurray took our order, and while cleaning the dining area she was engaging in conversation and keeping us posted on the wait time, she provided A1 customer service and satisfaction . If Im ever back in Nashville Popeyes would be a place for me to stop again.

This is the closest Popeyess to me. It was about a 20 minute drive. I look online it closes at 10.When I arrive at the location the machine states they are closed and the hours are 10am to 10pm, but its 9:40. I try to go inside the door is locked and they refuse to acknowledge me. I wish I could this place 0 stars but thats not an option.

Wait time was lengthy. In addition, they only had breasts available which was not what we wanted. Cashier was indifferent and seemed uninterested in finding out if/when other chicken would be cooked. What we did finally get was well prepared. Unfortunately this is the second mediocre visit so I doubt I would return.

Disgusting food ..! Not like any Popeyes Ive ever tasted. Even the tea was old I traded it for a coke and the order taker put it in the same cup with the same lid! Dont eat here they are trifling and the new spicy box is down right gross I almost vomited tenders werent even done. Their chicken has no flavor. ..smh

Ordered some food around 930 i noticed my lemonade tasted like water. I asked for butterfly shrimp & got chicke instead.(idknt even eat chicken) I didnt notice until i got home. I tried calling the number says its out of service. Now its too late to go back & get the food i really ordered.

Its a Popeyes chain. Food is the same quality as others. Service was a bit slow during this visit; about 10 people were waiting for their food to be delivered from the counter and it was only 11:45 am. I received my food 15 minutes after ordering. The staff was nice and polite.

Every time I go through the drive thru, I have to repeat my order several times before they get it right. And then, I have to check the order once I get it because they usually get it wrong. The only redeeming thing is that it reminds me of home.

Expensive for the portions, and the popcorn shrimp and fish were very disappointing. I was really looking forward to going (I hadnt been in years because there isnt a Popeyes near us) and the food was not very "Cajun". Sad.

It was just plain awful. I waited in line(only me in line) for about 10 minutes. And waiting 15 minutes for my food. Nobody was taking there job seriously. Playing around, cussin poor service. Food was good tho.
