Well now that things are calm, my first experience was awful. This must be the luckiest day for i chose to see the resturant again. This time I was greeted by Ursula. Now this is a person the a guest has allowed me to quote. "URSULA ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS STORE " PER Brandi. However her rudeness is not accepted by me or anyone else in the resturant. This resturant has amazing growth. Now its got problems but what place of business in todays economy does it. Now in the weighing system you have Caitlyn, and a few others who make this place worth coming back to. Ursula may be a great server she may even be the best employee. I must say she hit the wrong cord. Nevertheless i must befair and give a review without bias or clouded judgment. Clean well kept stocked. I think you all should come for lucch.

Went for the buffet and was very displeased, due to the fact they had several pizzas but the EXACT SAME TOPPINGS ON EACH ONE with the exception of one with BBQ sauce on it. After paying for the meal our waitress does not come back with my change for me to tip her,she assumes that Im leaving her a $5 tip.So we sit just and wait for her return. Noticing shes not coming back, we request for our change, she looks in shock stating "Aw I thought yall was done!" Huh? We are great tippers, I even tip when the service goes terribly bad because I understand the importance of livelihood. I still left the 5. Customer Service isnt the same

This place should be shut down by the health department restrooms are extremely dirty dont ever go for a dine-in option because you will never receive your food I sat there for an hour and minutes none of the waiters Will take notes of your order that keeps them coming back to confirm what you have ordered On and On Again I noticed that their main focus was answering the phones and ignoring the people in the dining room very bad management just ruining the image of Pizza Hut must send a supervisor to check on this location immediately

Horrible experience, woman waiting tables tried to set me at a table covered with dirty dishes, found a table with no dishes but all were dirty, she never showed up to clean it, was yelling at the other workers the whole time, had pizzas stacked on top of each other on the buffet, had empty containers on the salad bar, got charged for a soda and buffet even though I never did get either

The female who helped me was friendly but other then that , they take a long time to serve you, I sat at my table an there most of been a small hole in the roof , since every now on then I felt water dropping , they finally brought my Pizza but not my wings , smh

Im at the local hospital visiting with a sick family member. Not planning to leave but in need of food to keep up my strength. It was very sad to find out theres a Pizza Hut right down the street and to be told we dont deliver. Now I sick with that news.

Reggie is the only person there who actually works and he works hard. My order 6 out of 10 always gets messed up. Its either messed up food and good service, good food and bad service, or just bad food and service. Find another pizza place if you can.

Went on Friday to sit down and eat with the family. We had a great time, the waitress was nice and our order was fast. The chicken alfredo pasta was very good, breadsticks and pizza were so fresh and delicious.

Ran away from the local little caesars catastrophe to come here. Its a little rowdy but service is good and friendly. Cost much more but SO worth it.
