After waiting 15 minutes inside for someone to actually acknowledge us, we had to wait another 5 minutes to order. They had to ring us up in the drive thru which took another 10 minutes because they were too preoccupied. We finally got to pay and waited for our food. They had others walk inside, and their wait was just as long as ours. We finally got our food, but when we did we were asked for the fourth time what we had to drink. They werent going to give us our drinks at first, but we finally got them. So we sat outside to eat. I had the 5 for $5 with 4 cheese krystals and a drink. My krystals had cheese only in 1 corner of the sandwich because most of it was in the box. My grandmothers fries were cold and gross. Needless to say, we were highly unsatisfied.

I was passing through town late, so I went through the drive-thru just before 11:30 on a Saturday night. I waited at the intercom, but no one ever came on. I pulled to the window and according to the hrs on the sign, theyre open until 1am on Saturdays. So, I blew the horn several times, but no one ever came to the window. I could hear people inside and if I could hear them, Im sure they could probably hear the blaring of my horn. I guess they didnt wanna serve me right then and thought I would go away if they ignored me. Not cool.

The most inappropriate food handling I have ever seen. The workers believe that gloves are there to protect them, not the customer by the way they touch there nose, face before handling food, as well has touching non food areas with gloves on and not replacing. Took my food and dropped it in the trash. They need serious training on food handling. DO NOT EAT HERE. Also the level of cleaning at this store is poor.

I done a carry out waites 30 mins on food and cashier was carring blunt shell and one and i know her misty heisler was in parking lot buying pills so now we know why they cant get orders out and burgers half done amd manager will noy give you dm number all them on 2nd shift need to be drug tested and fired

The worst customer service ever and they got my order wrong on 11/05/16 and when I called 11/06/16 to let them know the manager Hailey Ward was very rude Krystals will never get my business again and I still had the sandwiches to show they was wrong

Great tasting small burgers. The chocolate shakes are GOOD, UNFORTUNATELY THE PERSON THERE TODAY SAID THAT SHE FORGOT TO GET THE SHAKES READY - SO THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY THAT THEY COULD MAKE :-( Maybe next time, Ill have to go somewhere else.

Stopped by the other day and the drive thru was out into the main highway. I decided I would go in. Employee was outside and informed me that the door was locked already. It was only 8pm. Very inconvenient.
