Went to this establishment tonight after working all day Ordered a Jr pack plus Rack of Ribs 32.00 Told the employee we wanted xtra sauce of both kinds Told them more than one time We live about 45 min away after getting home we find only 3 sauces of 1 kind and the ribs were so dry they are tough to chew like they have been sitting for a while....Called and spoke to Andrew who told ne he was manager/supervisor explained the situation only to be told that there is nothing that he could do because he made the meal and knew it was right all I was wanting was a rack of ribs that werent so dry you can eat...He told me the next time I come to let them know about this situation and they would make sure my ribs were good I feel i totally wasted money tonight for a supper we cannot eat...

New to the Franklin area this was the first BBQ joint I have checked out because it was close to my house. Paid 6$ for a large bbq pork sandwich for it to to have three small quarter sized pieces on it more bread than meat. Makes me wonder how small the reg one was. Also had a pulled bbq chicken sandwich for 4$ with the same problem. No real bbq flavor on either one. Dry baked potato with maybe a spoonful of chili on top which you have to pay extra for. Just a big rip to me this go around. Maybe its a bad night or newbies in the kitchen. Its hard for me to believe they were trained to put out food like this. Decent chicken tender salad btw... they just forgot my ranch in the bag. However maybe more supervision in the kitchen is necessary.

I wanted to like it, but even though we ordered a little bit of everything (breakfast and lunch), nothing was good. Here were some of the issues: 1. The waffles were previously frozen, even though waffles are easy to make. 2. The butter came in a squeeze tub. 3. The ketchup had high fructose corn syrup and came in packets. 4. The ribs were "dry and tasteless." I didnt have the ribs, but someone else on my table did. 5. The fries were also previously frozen. Overall, nothing stood out, but there were great disappointments. Also, this is only minor, but the decor is dark and needs to be updated. I can live with any kind of decor if the food is good, however. The positive was that the women at the register were nice.

Ran out of baked potatoes? Had fries instead had to ask for ketchup twice. Out of sweet tea. Refilled but then took all containers away at 8:30? Guess I didnt want a refill. Ribs were warm at best. No flavor. Boiled then thrown on grill? Cornbread pancake was bland. Wife picked it not me. Famous Daves is a much better chain store bbq place. No adults working just kids that want to be out of there by nine!. Just passing through but Ill make sure to avoid this chain in my travels.

Tried a sampler meal, 2 ribs, pulled pork and 2 chicken strips; rating each item separately the ribs were 3 stars, the pulled pork 2 stars and the chicken strips 2 stars. The ribs were tender, juicy, and had good flavor. The pork was stringy, chewy, and lacking flavor; the chicken lacked flavor too. The mac n cheese was pretty good. What was stellar was the bread and the service; the 3 ladies I interacted with were all fantastic. The service raised my rating 1 star.

Great spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Portions are very generous and everything is made in house daily. The owner is involved in the daily operations and has a great group of regulars. Also weve used them for catering several times now for over 200+ people and the menu options go well beyond just BBQ! Theyve always gone above and beyond whats been required to ensure we are 100% happy.

I have eaten at this place once and I absolutely LOVED IT!! My BBQ was delicious!! The pulled pork was tender and juicy and the chicken was soo flavorful!! Their banana pudding was so absolutely to die for that we had to buy another one before we left the restaurant. The decor of this place is really cute and neat, I highly recommend it for some good BBQ! :)

I usually love this place. I stop by for breakfast usually once every week. Today, I pulled in, and there were 3 cars ahead of me. Everyone went on through. I pulled up to the intercom. Nobody. I waited there for about 10 minutes and nothing. Not the best customer service. Not sure if I will be going back.

A good, solid barbecue place that Ill patronize reasonably frequently despite its horrendously politically incorrect name. One plus: deviled eggs are standard menu items. I thought you just had to have an elderly or at least middle aged female family member to get deviled eggs.

Showed up at 10:40am for breakfast and was told that even though corporate says breakfast ends at 11am, they really stop serving breakfast at 10:30am. Frustrating and inconsistent.

Food is unbelievable coupled with great customer service! Try the beef brisket, it melts in your mouth. A little hard to find (its in a shopping center) but worth it!

Their pulled pork is great and their chicken is, well, good but less so. Its not unusual for them to make a mistake, but they are pretty good about fixing them.
