One of the worst BBQ experiences Ive had in Nashville. Ordered the Sampler Plate via drive-thru. I drove home (less than 5 minutes away) to open it and find it was cold. This meal comes with chicken, ribs, pulled pork, one side and bread. The chicken was literally a completely flat, 1 inch thick piece of meat, covered in watery sauce. The ribs were hard and cold, and the sauce was sour and the meat was gritty and disgusting. The pulled pork came with no flavor or sauce and was less than half a cup. I ordered the fried okra as my side and can truly say it was the best item in the container. This meal was in NO way worth the $14.19 I paid for it.

I work within driving distance of 3 Bar-B-Cuties for my lunch. I choose this location because the food is typically fresher. However after today I will not go back to this location. I accidentally tore my $20 bill as I was pulling it out of my wallet. I gave the window attendant both pieces of the bill. He come back and told me the manager said he couldnt accept a torn bill. Wow!! I paid with my debit card, but due to the pure stupidity of this manager I will take my, at least 1 time weekly, business to another location. If someone is in a management position they should have a shred of common sense.

Food was old and dry. GM Mandy was extremely rude, short, and insulting yelling at me in a room full of customers. Melanie she said is the owner and she should fire her ASAP. A business is nothing with service excellence. Mandy thinks because its a franchise theres no one for me to report her to but as a business management major I know bar b cutie would not be fond of a small franchise tarnishing their famous successful name.

I am kinda wondering how one is able to rate the food for any kind of event since they refuse to answer the phone...you guys need to work on your business plan just a bit as you have just lost one valuable future customer with a large organization to feed...

Brisket was cold and tough, the chicken was met at best but at least it was warm. The Cole slaw and mashed potatoes were okay, but I doubt they were made on site. The banana pudding was the only upside. $18 dollars for the meal was a rip off.

Ordered the Smoked Wings hot. They were not smoked and they were not hot. They had obviously been microwaved and had way too much bbq sauce of some kind on them. Wings were rubbery and awful. Worst wings I have ever had.

We picked up a catering order and the entire group loved it. The food was ready on time and made correct to our order. Everyone agreed the food tasted great, so we placed another order the following day.

Ordered three Picnic Packs, for small group of workers. Called it in and was ready in no time. Great Service and Amazing food!!! Will definitely order more often from the Bar-B-Cutie on Harding Place.

Baby-back ribs were incredibly salty - almost too salty to eat. Not very good. Pulled-pork sandwich was decent, texas toast was good. The coleslaw and bbq beans were just okay. Nice workers inside.

Near the airport and fount it by mistake. It is much better than you would expect. I have gone back a couple of times.
