I had the combo plate of pulled pork and brisket. My sides were baked beans and turnip greens. The greens already had a vinegar sauce in them. The baked beans were very good. The brisket did not dry out and had good flavor. Both meats could use a bit more smoke and flavor but this is above average Bbq for Nashville. I had the sweet red BBQ sauce in the side. The sauce is not bad. Thick and sweet for those that like that. The cornbread was also good. Big portions and friendly service. The sweet tea was even well done. Great job guys!!!

Smokies BBQ & Burgers is a bit of Texas BBQ heaven right here in Nashville, TN! The smoked brisket here is incredible…moist with just enough bark to ensure that smoky flavor. The Brisket Platter is huge and the sides are delicious. Their burgers are made from the same meats they smoke brisket from and the burger I had was a burger patty, sautéed onions, coleslaw, Dr Pepper BBQ sauce (homemade) and a slab of BRISKET!!! I have yet to find anything at Smokies that is not “over the top” delicious.

Im on a 16 hr car ride. We stopped her to get out of the car and stretch our legs and have some bbq. This place is just AMAZING! Not only is their food amazing but the customer service is number one. We walk in and their snapping green beans by hand. Fresh and just amazing!!! Everyone need to come here and experience this first hand

OK. Famous WHO, Bar b Whatie, Without a doubt best in Nashville. Enough food at a more than reasonable price. Smoked with wood from Jack D barrels! This guy that smokes the goods and cook is a winner too. Great with guest and made us feel right at home! Free desserts everyday.

They might have good food but I wouldnt know it. Drove 45 mins only to find out they dont close at 8 as Google states. They close at 2....2!? You guys may want get a little more organized. No matter, I found a different spot that is delicious and isnt open ridiculous hours.

Gawd. I have to pace myself. So good but Ill go into the food coma afterwards if I dont go slow. They sometimes offer free desserts and samples. As if I needed anymore reasons to keep coming back.

Had the combo plate of Brisket and pork for lunch. Lots of food and it was cooked to perfection. Great taste, very friendly staff and a plenty of room for a large group to go out.
