last sat Night 0n April 27 a friend and I went into Sidelines and was requested to sit outside on the patio, which was fine. We were told by the Hostess that the waitress would be right out. As always the food smelled great and we were ready to have some good food as we have had in the past. We went out side and smelled the Grill with Chicken and steaks and had decided on trying a steak, as we waited for a waitress to come out side all we seen was one coming out to the other tables and never approached us even to ask for drinks. The stars were out, it was nice, and still waiting, couldnt figure out why we were not waited on. after about 45 mins we decided to just leave knowing we probably wouldnt get anything else around good, but it was ridiculous to see other people waited on and we just sitting their, Even trying to get the attention of the waitress was pointless. My friend decided we were to leave and she left MAD, Sidelines had always been good on the inside to be waited on and we always love the food, the only problem was two many TVs which you could;t hear, and on Music nights the music was to loud you couldnt;t hear each other talk. but we always came back. but with this time being ignored we probably want go back. Terable service when your ignored.

By law are you supposed to carry in an establishment that makes a profit from the sales of alcohol? Maybe the law is where you are lacking and the business owner isnt against guns. Maybe they are against individuals that dont understand the law. The other thing I look at when checking out review is this... How many Positive reviews that individual has posted. In most cases negative posts are a commonality for those who are mad about everything (over 80% in this case). As far as carrying a guns I carry and have no problem if an establishment is not wanting to allow it in their business. If you carry properly and abiding by the law no owner would know anyway. If you are drinking while carrying you are breaking the law. Do be so critical!!

My wife and I took some friends that were looking at property in Ashland City to Sideline. We pulled up, the open sign was on, and the hours on the door stated that they were open till 10PM which was perfect as it was 9pm. We walked in and after waiting 5-10 mins for someone to greet us what appeared to be the cook walked up and asked if we had been helped. we said no and he said sorry were closed and Ive sent everyone home. I looked at him and said sign says open and the door says you close at 10pm. his response was sorry, were closed. keep that kind of customer service and it wont be long till your closed permanently. I will be telling everyone I know how you treated us.

Service was excellent and food was excellent. The wings are some of the best Ive had. Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews based solely on it being a "No Guns" establishment. In my mind, a business owner should have the right to make that determination, just like a baker should have the right to decide not to make a cake for a particlular type of wedding. Its their right to decide whom and how they do business. Im a gun person and it doesnt bother me at all that I cant carry at a place where the bar area is bigger than the rest of the place. Grow up folks...

This is a big open restaurant, but the noise level was such that it was easy to talk at the table. Good wine recommendations from the waiter. Party of four shared three appetizers to start -- all very good. I had the beer can chicken -- delicious. And my wife had the halibut -- also very good. Was a great choice for fine contemporary dining.

Love this place, great place to eat, definitely family friendly and a great place to watch the game!! The only reason theyre getting bad reviews is because men who are too afraid solve problems with fists are mad that they cant bring theyre gun in,, smh, best restraunt we ever had in ashland city, and people wanna try and make it look bad

They respect criminals over customers. Your sign stating no firearms beyond this point certainly isnt for criminals, they dont obey laws or rules. Law abiding CCW holders do, so in order for us to stay safe we just have to take our business elsewhere. Gun free zone for crooks created, you should be proud.

Order time for drinks, and drink service very slow. From receiving drinks and ordering food was slow as well, and they came out 5 mins apart. 2 waters, 2 teas, and one beer. Sonic, even McDonalds had better burgers and fries. And the Coleslaw, Im waiting to get to throne room before tonights over.

If I were just rating our experience without factoring in the food, it would be between terrible and poor. First let me address the food, it was good, appetizers better than entrees. We started with the cheese plate and garlic parmesan soup. Both were good and the bread is delicious.

Use to think this place was the best around. Use to go at minimum once a week now maybe once every couple of months. Service has dropped drastically and food quality has dropped extremely bad. Steaks are more fat than meat. Chicken is like rubber and food is extremely salty.

The food here is great and the hostess are always friendly and its just an absolutely wonderful environment to go with on either on a date with family friends or just if you want to sit down and have a meal thats cooked it specially for you. Theres a lot of menu options

Sideline Grill is a welcome addition to Ashland CIty. They have a wide range of very good food at good prices. My favorite is their hamburger steak, baked potato and the house salad with raspberry dressing. It if the BEST! Dont hesitate going to SIdeline Grill.

Good food, good service and a variety of choices. I didnt see, or taste, anything that warranted lesser than 5 stars. As for the anti-weapons that is their choice, for they own the establishment. We will definitely eat there again!

As the official wing consumer. The smoked dry rub is top 5 in nashville. The buffalo is a little hot for mild. Over all cant go wrong if you like great wings. Watch HWY twelve watch out, they are the real deal.

The best in town, and a burger that stands up against some of the best Nashville has too. Karaoke nights and Trivia add to the appeal, and for those that like it they have Hot Chicken one day a week (Tuesdays?).

They advertise to criminals that its a gun free zone. Definitely not a safe place to eat, Ill take my happy army veteran butt somewhere more friendly to my constitutional rights.
