If I could give the Chesterton IN KFC a lower rating I would. They are disinterested and seem bothered to be taking my order. The place is supposed to open at 10:30 sat in drive thru until 10:38 I finally drove to the window. Couldnt see anyone any where in the place finally someone shuffled by and noticed me. Someone else finally brought out a cash drawer opened the window and just looked at me. Needless to say it was not a pleasure doing business there. Also outside has weeds and is not well kept..the inside is dirty and messy. We like the chicken but we also have 3 other locations to get chicken at. If you are looking for fried grilled chicken might I suggest Jewel - attacks - or even the gas station down the road.

Wait time is extensive, prices are high for "fast food", the past two times weve been..our waitresses have been unfriendly. I suggest you order your food "to go" even if you plan on eating at the drive-in portion. We watched several others doing this and they had their food much faster than we did.

I ordered fries and a root beer float. After 40 minutes, I finally went up to the counter to ask where my food is at and she made it all right in front of me at that moment. Several other customers with large orders were served before me even though ordering significantly later than I did.

Service was horrible. They had 5 people working and it took 20 minutes to get our food. Once we got our food it looked like a three year made our burgers with ketchup and mustard EVERYWHERE. The sandwiches were falling apart before we got them. I do not recommend this location.

Absolutely unsanitary. Upon entry, other members in my group remarked about how we might get sick. Lo and behold, Im paying the price this morning. Bathrooms, floors, benches, counters, the pop dispenser, everything was grimy and covered with a sheen of filth.

Disgusting, completely unsanitary. I was repulsed upon entry. It was hot & sticky, everything was greasy and gross. The service was awful and slow. Waited in line for 10-15mins to even be acknowledged. DONT GO HERE.

Terribly slow service. No one else was in the place still took 10 minutes to get a normal order. I went back to the counter and asked for a fork and the guy responded "i dont work the register youll have to wait."

The dining area was very dirty and the entire floor was sticky. The only reason I give two stars is because the food was made to order so it was hot and the French fries were tasty.
