Tried to buy just lettuce ...was makeing blts at home and forgot lettuce everything closed ..pizza hut not to far to walk woman cooking all the bacon toast tomatoes with mayo..mouth watering thinking about that devine BLT.. no lettuce ..frantically pizza hut open my only hope between full bellie tastebuds full of joy or pans flying to sink toast to chickens and of course ..directed to the dog house ..hungry and inable to provide....i called pizza hut with high hopes untill i heard thomas said we dont have lettuce go to walmart then i asked for salad again laughed said go to walmart and hung up.....way to far to walk now failing at mission slowly walking home ......thanks pizza hut i used to buy many pizzas from there ..i had plenty of money to pay for lettuce but i guess pizza hut dosent sell lettuce when thomas works there.......enough said from the man who was sent home empty handed . So if you go to pizza hut in leesburg next to publix ..brink your own lettuce if larry is there....if you ask he will laugh at ones suffering instead of selling a product on the menue .....larry rest assured you are verry good at makeing long time customers want to spend there money at poppa johns..... Just sayin Well im at the door to house .. Pray for me ....ty

Called to order was asked for a phone number I said Im driving and I changed my number this morning I was told they cant do anything without a phone number I said screw it thats fine Ill go somewhere else and hung up I then received a phone call from them while I was placing an order with some other pizza place who didnt need a phone number my question is if you needed a number so badly why not use the one on the caller ID ... In the end I was told in a voicemail that if I ever call there again they will call the cops wow wonderful customer service there guys

After 15 years of having pizza delivered from the pizza hut only 2 miles from my house i was informed we are now out of their delivery radius. And this was the same night a pizza hut delivery person was in my neighborhood. I was told i could call the one approximately 10 miles away and they would probably deliver to me. So after long day at work i had to go pick up my pizza. Just lost a long time customer.

Pizza Hut has been my very favorite pizza since it began in 1958. Sadly, this Pizza Hut is nothing like what Im used to. The place was dirty, the staff seemed to be unhappy and preoccupied and the pizza was not up to par. The crust was dry and did not taste like any pizza Ive had before from this chain. It was my first time in this restaurant and I wont be returning.

If I could give no stars I would these guys suck bad ordered an hour went by had to call them back to find out they cant listen on the phone they tried to deliver my food to the wrong room at the motel so I canceled my order due to bad customer service and there ability to pay attention worst pizza hut I have ever encountered

This Pizza hut location can be hit or miss. There have been multiple occasions where I have ordered food online, only to be called and informed that they were out of what I wanted. It was not even a weekend and they were out the cheesy garlic knots. Other than that, the food is usually good. I enjoy the wings.

I was told this location has recently been taken over by a new manager. I have nothing but positive things to say about this location. I hope that those of you with negative reviews give this place another try. The staff is very friendly and the food is so good. I will continue to order from this Pizza Hut.

Screwed up my order had to wait an additional 20 mins. Nothing but bad attitudes even from the manager. Didnt even get an apology. Maybe if the manager worried more about the customers than how many pearcings and mascara she can apply to her face it would be a better astablishment.

The service was no good it took them forever for anyone to ask me what would I like to order the employees who where in the back making pizzas were a joke and the person who was taking orders had no confidence in the products being sold or what the special where its a shame

An female employee with a sarcasm problem took my order on the phone. The staff members in the back were loud and inappropriate and disturbed many of the guest eating in the dining room when I went to pick up my pizza. Would not recommend
