I had the chicken biscuits. Those were pretty good other than the biscuit being really dry. But that was the best part of my experience. The service at the bar was awful. Yes, when I sat I was able to order my beer right off the bat, because she was standing there when I walked up. Had it not been for me just walking up to the bar, who knows how long it would have been before someone asked me for something or a table for that matter seeing as the host didnt look up from her phone to acknowledge me when I walked in. After I received my beer, I wasnt ready to order. I know the place was pretty busy but with 3 bartenders I would expect someone to acknowledge me before 20 minutes. After I order, the next person to speak to me was the lady who brought me my food, 25 minutes later. 10 minutes later when someone came to check on me, I asked for a box and when she brought it back to me 10 minutes later, I paid my tab and left. Whats even worse was she asked if I needed anything else and I said no, have a great night, I didnt even get a thank you. I know one experience shouldnt cause an exile, but if you want even decent service with a bartender that acknowledges you, I would recommend elsewhere. I wont be back solely because of the service. With 3 bartenders and not a full bar, your guests should be leaving happy.

Ive been in here a few times and its the same old song and dance. See the girls are good looking but they lack personality. They sit you down they get your drinks and food and thats about it. No interaction with the customer. In between getting your drink, food, and check they are either at the hostess stand or coking and joking with each other at a friends table. And they wonder why they dont get tipped good by everyone else but their friends. Ive been to a lot of Twin Peaks from Las Vegas, to Miami (Davie), Dallas , Charlotte, and Greenville. Just to name a few off the top of my head. And I can honestly say Columbia is by far the worst Twin Peaks Ive been to. They dont follow what is taught or they havent been taught. But just a little insight on how its post to go. They are post to find out three things about you. Like your job, where youre from, and maybe a hobby. They dont. I guarantee if the girls working there showed a little interest in the customer you wont be getting just that 15% or less tip. Ive been known to give 100% of the bill in a tip. And its been some pretty hefty bills. Oh well will wait six more months again to see if anything has changed.

First, the food choice and quality is superb! But what makes this place stand out is the method the establishment uses to serve its beer. I used to know nothing like Jon Snow, but onlyabout what good beer tastes like. My first visit Georgia was my bartender and not only did she educate me about good beer but she also introduced me to the only beer I drink when I visit Twin Peaks, the Knotty Brunette is my favorite at Twin Peaks... its a really smooth Amber and all the beer on draft is kept at a super cool 26.4 degrees ferienheight and the mugs are frozen so that every sip or gulp is the same temperature as the first. The beer is so cold you get an intial slush effect. Whenever Im in Downtown Columbia in the mood for good food and excellent beer I always choose Twin Peaks because of the education Georgia provided on my first visit. There isnt a spot downtown that beats the food, beer, and especially the service. Thank you for the super cold beer and the friendly staff that actually know things about the signature brewed beer of Twin Peaks.

Awful experience! The food was not good I had to send back nachos twice. Then I received my bill and I had been charged twice for a item. I let the waitress know and she said "oh I forgot to take that one off" so she brought my new bill back and I sent her with my debit card to pay. When she comes back to the table she had swiped my card 3 times. She said she forgot to add the fries to much order. So instead of coming back and telling me that my bill had changed. She just went on and swiped my card 3 times. I was so upset I went and talked to the manager and he said "dont worry it will all work out". It was not about the fact that I owed a extra 5 dollars it was the fact that I have my card to the waitress with the impression I was paying a certain amount and she should have come back and told me it had changed before she swiped my card. I will not be visiting this establishment ever again. Very unprofessional!

Lunch consisted of their Philly Cheesesteak and sweet potato fries. Ive had better for both. The restaurant had more TVs than Best Buy so watching any games should never be an issue. The staff wore the smallest clothes Ive seen publicly that didnt involve an onstage pole or a drunken motorcycle festival. Update: Visited several times since the first and Ive had the opportunity to try several different foods: the Hangover burger (good), Avocado Smash burger (good, though I thought it was a bit small), Turkey Avocado Smash (good), Chicken Cobb salad (really good) and the Blackened Chicken Quesadillas (No side item, but damn good! Be warned, the green salsa was terrible; they told me people either liked it or they didnt). Im upgrading my initial 3 stars to 5!

1st time coming to Twin Peaks, seated at bar for lunch. Asked the bartender Stephanie, by the way she was very nice....so I asked her what was great?...she said "Moms Pot Roast" so I took her word and ordered it with a water. I was good but NOT GREAT...and this is why...The carrots were cut thin like strips and the potatos were small like pennys...For a place that has only been open for a month or so...you would think the food would come out just like the picture on the menu if not better. Was my Lunch meal worth $18.00?..."No". Was the place cool? "Yes". The kitchen needs work?..."I would say so". Will I give it a second chance? "Sure".

I was there tonight with my family and noticed a manager walked over and started talking to some military motorcycle group. They were asked to take off their jackets I suppose they thought that was offensive to people there. For someone who has had a lot of people die defending this country that was more offensive to me. I will never go there again. The management seems to forget this is a military town. I will have the news and everybody on them. If you dont want to serve our military who have fought for you then I dont want to eat your crappy food.

Update 2: I have sent an email to their corporate to handle the situation. Never eat here, this was the worst service of my life. They put a shame on Canada. My ID was lost, the good was cold, and service was uncaring. Took a police officer to fix because of my ID being lost. Update: My ID has been taken and lost by a waitress and Im filing a police report. Im so upset and never going back. Waited 45 minutes on an appetizer. No updates from waitress. Currently waiting for entrees and appetizer. Extremely Dissapointed.
