I was a regular customer until yesterday. I wish grubhub and Google will allow me to upload a picture. The steak and cheese had a tablespoon of meat. And shredded cheddar cheese. which was not asked for nor listed on their menu as the type of cheese. When I called them the person who answered needs to never answer the phone again. He will make this place shut down soon. He argued me down and tried to make it seem like it was my fault for ordering the sandwiches. He told me I should have ordered extra meat. Then when asked about the cheese he tried to insult me by saying no one uses the thick mozzarella cheese. duh, I know that but who uses shredded cheddar. I asked for my money back and he says its against policy and he will send 2 more sandwiches out to replace it AND HUNG UP THE PHONE! I called him back and stated in order to get 1 proper steak and cheese he would need to send 6. I told him he can keep his cold spit sandwiches and just be ready to see how much of a good customer he lost. We tip more than well. If he checks our history he will see that our family of three orders from them at least once a week. oh well...its in the hands of Karma now. About to find a review site that can allow pictures. Sad.

I use to rave about this little hole in the wall but theyve lost a customer forever. I ordered food at 11pm on August 18, 2017 and didnt receive my order until 12:45am. This is no problem I understand they close at midnight. The problem occurred when they messed up my order. They charge extra for all drumsticks/flats and to get different sauces for your wings, I know this I eat here all the time. Not only did my food take forever, they screwed it up. At this point they were closed so I just had to order from somewhere else. I called them the next morning, hoping to get it fixed, and the morning manager told me there was nothing he could do because my problem happened at night

The pizza is decent. The drivers are nice. We order at least once a week and the same thing everytime. This is the second time they got my order wrong. I had to fuss and fight to make it right. The first time they did nothing. They came back with my correct pizza this time and insisted I give them back the wrong pizza. Im done, bye. There are way too many good pizza places in this town. Ugh and the second one isnt cooked well. Ill gladly give a great review if you make an effort to make this right. Your choice- regular customer spending $30-60/wk or not. You have my info.

Ordered food through GrubHub. Pizza was late - supposedly driver couldnt find my house. We were greeted by the delivery man that said "We wont deliver to you again, youre too far." Wouldnt you think GrubHub would know that in advance? And it is less than 5 miles from their restaurant to my door. I just went to the GrubHub site and UPtown Wings and Grill popped up. The pizza was cold and rubbery. They did not double the meats as requested, nor did they bring the red pepper and parmesan. Its okay, what the delivery man said - I wont eat there again anyway.

Honestly, look at the building, look at the location, call ahead and pick up, you shouldnt be disappointed, unless you expect them to put on the Ritz for quality takeout food. Im a wing and fries guy, and I drive 20 min to get the wing and fries combo. I get them to mix wing sauces for extra flavors. Ive also noticed if I order pickup and show up on time, I wait a minute or two and get HOT!!! Crispy fries.....now Im hungry and going to get wings....

Going thru this now as we speak order two foot long subs and one can soda at 10:30 pm tell me why in calling multiple times and all they do is give me the run around so tell me why the driver is just now pulling up at 12:07 with the damn food..... Never again ,.. And not to mention the food is cold and my soda is missing just called back and now they saying they close... This place needs to be reported... Mangers not even picking up there phones.

NEVER AGAIN where are they finding these delivery man ?? first he complains about everything and when I gave him money he complain about not having the exact change instead of breaking the change like seriously?? Then he keep asking for a tip and going on about a tip when I already tip the company -_- and then getting mad when I dont hand him money like serious and then the pizza was soggy and lumpsided and he expects a tip never again

These people called me about a pick up order I didnt place. Woman was very rude to me I told her I didnt place an order. She keep insisting I did then hung up on me. I called back to speak to a manager was placed on hold, she came back to the phone and said there was no manager. Then admitted SHE WROTE DOWN THE WRONG NUMBER. Ive never been there and can assure you I never will!

I ordered delivery from this place, they brought my food without the 2 liter soda I ordered. So now they are giving me the run around telling me they are busy to talk on the phone so they cant even give me my refund for the soda I bought or even bring the soda to me. Be careful this place will mess up your order and not make up for it.

Had a good experience here. I did not order for delivery, but for pick up. I would say the fries are bad for travel, but the rest of the food held up and tasted great. The deals are great too, and looks like they never expire. Would definitely eat here again.

These wings were OK. The actual wings themselves were good in size and texture. I got medium wings and they were mild on a good day. The old bay on the fries is really good and the services was good. Not in the best part of town but worth a try.
