I have to say I must write this review with some kind of remorse. Buffalo Wild Wings has been one of my favorite place to go for a long time. But I must say now, I won’t take my family back there for a really long time. I will still meet friends to hang out, but going for a meal isn’t an option at this point. Over the years I have defended this place from negative comments but have slowly seen this place go downhill. The building is run down, probably because of the popularity it saw. The bathroom always have one toilet broke and is always dirty, even at 4pm on a Sunday afternoon. This leads me to my last visit. This past Sunday I stopped in BWWs with my family after a BDay party. I knew it was going to be bad because no one greeted us for probably 8 mins. People just walked past. When the waiter showed up he told us he had just started his shift and had 6 tables. Which we understood and even said “Atleast he is honest about it”. After about waiting another 10 mins for him to come back we ordered food. After waiting another 25-30 mins our food actually showed up. I can say my wings were “OK”. Very very dry, they really had no sauce on them, but still eatable. The kids food came out with the wrong sides, but nothing major. Fries instead of wedges. But then my wife’s food was horrible. She got naked tenders and a salad. We all know BWWs isn’t a place to go for a salad but this was just bad and poorly made. The naked tenders were like rubber and had this slime on them. The kids keep saying it was fish because that what it reminded us of. So we ended up sending that back and getting a refund. Heres the kicker. They said they could get us more naked tenders because “It would only take 5 mins to make”. But the waiter told us the reason for our food taking so long was because he was waiting on her naked tenders to come out. Really? The same ones that only would take 5mins to remake? And this was not the first time this whole situation has happened. I will say the past 5 times I have been there they were extremely slow and got really bad service/food. First I thought it was because we had 8 people in our party. But after coming back for the past 6 months with my family we’ve had repeat bad service, slow waiters, and poor food quality. It sad to me because this has been one of my favorite places to go since it opened in Lynchburg. I’m not saying I won’t ever go back, but it’s going to be a really long time before I do or some kind of special get together. My hope if writing this review is that someone from management reads it and corrects the issues. I kind of doubt it will but I’m always hopefully.

I have eaten here several times Use to be one of my favorite places. Came in from a long trip from Florida 2 weeks ago and decided to stop there and do a take out. BIG MISTAKE. The girl at register got it all wrong. When I got the food home my order was WRONG. I called them up explain to them that I ordered mild flats and what I got was HOT mostly drumsticks and a few flats. I talked to the manager Shane he assured me my money would be reimbursed by the next day. I offered to bring food back because we werent going to eat it because to hot and drumsticks. He said no they cant do anything with them once left the store. 4 days later refund still not on card called back and left a message with management that night. TWO WEEKS now no refund and Shane wont return my money for lousy food and service or return my calls. Dont say your going to do something and dont. Not very professional. I guess now its CEO time.

I usually go there with friends on Tuesdays bc they have 50% off on their wings, we usually sat in the bar section and today we went there and they ask to all of us for ID, Im 20, even that I wasnt going to drink they told us that we cant set there bc I was under age, when we always set there whenever we go there, nobody did that before, it was so annoying and then the manager came and told us that we cant set there bc of my age and we should go to dinning area but she just told us that and she left, she doesnt even care, if she was a good manager she should take us by herself to the dinning area but she doesnt she just left and we should go to the front and wait about 5 min more to be seated , it was really annoying, we almost left.

Went out there 4 my cousins birthday and we thought it would be a good idea for drinks well me got there we went to the bar outside took a set n I promise u it took the waitress 20 mins and then I ordered 2 drinks my cousins in them order there food it took them 45 mind 2 bring that out then I wanted another drink so I wouldve been on my 3rd drink they never bring it out so I told them to keep it after that my closing asked for the check it took her 25 to come back to our table to tell us She didnt have the ticket drawn up and then we waited 10 mins longer in went to the front counter to tell a service man then it was more awful

The food was good, but I did not eat wings. I had a side that was good, but the hamburger tasted like the kind you buy in the box with the pre-formed patties. Not my idea of a good deal when I ended up paying close to $20. There were some sketchy people hanging out in the front, looked like a drug deal, and the place was dimly lit. I did not feel safe or welcome. I saw maybe one or two employees, and was ready to leave quickly. There was limited parking, and it was awkwardly placed on a hill.

This place was always so good. But now it has been renovated and the booths are to tight. Today Sunday June 14, 2015 2pm. We came in and they were slow. The floor we dirty. Food under tables. The booths had food and dirt in the cracks. The food came and one order was cold and had to be sent back. Really gone down hill. I looked for a manager but no manager in sight. The bathroom was a mess. and there were Flys in the dinning area. Hope they clean it up.

Ordered two drinks and the Buffalitos. Waited 45 minutes and never received any food. Was told the kitchen was backed up, but the people next to me, who arrived after me, and placed an order long after I did, were enjoying their food. Very unorganized. Should gave had a manager working that shift. And if there was a manager who didnt address the staffs inability to service the customers, they might want to consider a career change.
