I have been to this East Coast Wings maybe 5 times since I have lived downtown. Each visit has been less than stellar. The reason why I wait before I say something is everyone has their "days" and I dont think that its fair to judge someone based on one experience. That being said, you are running a business. They want you to wait to be seated but every time I have been in here no one greets you when you come in. Guests just stand around awkwardly until someone asks you if you are dining in or how many guests? So to continue, before I had the awkwardness I walked around to find someplace to sit, no out of all the tables in the place not one was clean. The funny thing is there were no guests at the tables. Just a place full of dirty tables. Its not as if they were short-staffed I saw many servers and owners/managers walking around. We finally were asked how many we had in our party. The server told us that we could find a clean table and sit unless there were not any clean. Sorry that was the case so it seemed as if it was a burden to clean off some tables. Next we were asked what we would like to drink. After drinks were delivered we were ready to order but were told to hold on because she (our server) needed to check something. When she came back she apologized and told me that she had to make sure the night shift hadnt came in yet because it would have been someone elses table. The order is in! It made me feel like it was again a burden for her to serve us. After waiting about 15 minutes I decided that I wanted to put some tunes on the jukebox. Wouldnt you know they got rid of the TouchTunes jukebox... One of the only real reasons I come here. (No its not the high quality food) So I got stuck to listening to the best of the 80s and 90s that skipped or cut out many times (i guess from a weak satellite connection). The total ticket time here was very disappointing, as it took almost 25 minutes to receive a burger, sandwich, fries and chips? They really should check the grease they fried my chips in because it had burned specs of something on the chips themselves that something being what you would find if you scraped the bottom of the fryer. My friend got the philly cheese-steak sandwich and was completely satisfied and ate it up to the last bite (fries included). Maybe I should have went that route. My burger was really tasty though so kudos to who cooked and prepared it (you are probably the entire 2 stars or close to it) Sorry still not done I was kind of digging some dessert. It took almost an act of a higher authority to get the attention of our server. We decided to get the Cookie dessert which has freshly baked cookies on a skillet, with vanilla ice cream on top. HURRY you must eat the dessert quickly or the heat will melt the ice cream. So good! I would have been happier just ordering the dessert and it could have just as easily got the two stars. I dont think I will be back unless I am in the area and am craving the dessert.

Despite bad experiences in the past Ive continue to go here for the convenience but not after today. Todays visit started off with having to wait forever to get served when we were clearing seen by workers. We kept waiting around for our appetizer which never came until we actually got our meals. I would have asked the waiter about it but he literally didnt return until we got our food. We then asked for ranch (I ordered 5 chicken fingers & fries along with the chips that my friend and I were splitting) and the waiter brings back three very small cups of ranch for both me and my friend. After we used the cups I asked for an actual bottle which they usually have available and was told that since it was "wing day" I couldnt have one despite not getting wings. I responded that I would need several more cups then and was told that they would be 65 cents each. What a joke. I spoke with the manager and she gave me a larger cup but didnt seem to care beyond that. I told her about the poor experience we were having and how we didnt even get the appetizer of chips (that werent even cooked all the way) until we got our meal. She then came back and said that the waiter didnt know it was an appetizer? Also the waiter only came back once after to give us our checks. Ridiculous. It is worth the drive to New Garden to get better quality food and service.

ECW is okay. I have to admit they have improved their customer service since they first opened - their employees were rude. Their food quality has a lot of room for improvement. Tiny chicken wings, soggy steak wraps, and stringy fries. My steak wrap was not good at all. I took two bites of it and threw it out. If I would have ate at the restaurant I would have sent it back or asked to be refunded. $8 wasted because I am still hungry at work :( ....try their salads instead, they very good w/ crisp lettuce and refreshing, whatever you get let it not be a steak wrap! If youre a guy youre going hate their chicken wings, well at least my bf and his roommates think theyre too small. Also, I love the outside sitting area, its very nice.

My friends & I loved coming here, we went at least twice a week, but now we dont think we will be back. We had a delivery order and they completely messed my frienda order up. She ordered 5 boneless general tso wings and ended up getting 10 boneless wings that was something else. Yes she got extra but it was not what she asked for. The wings were spicy and she cannot eat spicy food. She called ECW and they basically were confused as to why she was complaining about 5 extra wings. It wasnt about the extra wings it was the fact that she didnt get what she asked for and could not enjoy her meal. They did not even apologize to her. Customer service is horrible so we wont be back

Pretty terrible experience at this location, New Garden is a much better option. Sat at the bar and wasnt greeted for about 10 min until the bartender finished her conversation on her personal phone. Chips I ordered came quickly, but were very undercooked, so much so they were still white, greasy, and floppy. Bartender left for another long stretch of time before I could get my second beer, only one TV at the bar was working, and employees talked about issues they had with guests in front of me. Wont be returning to this location, food and service were sub par

Definitely the worst service I have ever received at any restaurant. I saw my waitress three times the whole time I was there, and had to get someone else to bring us silverware, and fix the order our waitress messed up. Our waitress did not check up on us except to ask if we needed the check (twice-once before we had even gotten my food corrected) and to take our order. Not to mention the food was terrible. Not pleased at all with this place, which saddens me because I am a big fan of east coast!
