The manager at this place is very rude and so is the co owner of this place. My co-workers and I order over $25.00 worth of food for lunch. We called in the order over the phone. However, our only concern was that we wanted our food hot and fresh. When we got there, our food was cold. We just asked if we could get a fresh hot dog and fresh french fries. The co-owner dropped the same fries she gave me in the grease. We told her, I didnt want that! The manager came up and asked, where we worked as if that had anything to do with us wanting quality food for our hard earned money! We waited for fresh fries and another hot dog, paid for our food and left. The manager then called my place of work, had the nerve to ask for me, and said, "I have a problem!" He told me his problem was that I canceled the food I called over the phone and came in to place a new order." I said, " Sir I have a problem as well," but he never allowed me get one word in! He was very rude and very nasty!!! Then he said, "Well, were not going to serve anyone there at your place of work again and hung up!" HOW PETTY AND VERY IMMATURE OF A MANAGER TO NOT SERVE AN ENTIRE FACILITY ALL BECAUSE HE GOT MAD HE DIDNT WANT TO REMAKE A PAYING CUSTOMERS FOOD FRESH AND HOT. HIS LOST... OUR GAIN! JUST A COWARD HIDING BEHIND THE TITLE OF A MANAGER!!!

Cal Hi
My family and I were visiting from out of town and stopped into eat at this restaurant today. We ordered a variety of items from the menu. The chicken sandwich was not good. It tasted like a frozen chicken fillet. It was bland and somewhat hard. The beef patty was not freshly made. That was a frozen patty as well. The hamburger bun was the quality of a generic grocery store bun. I expected the food to be authentic. The fries bland and blah. The ice-cream and service was great though. I do not intend on going back to this restaurant. There are too many other great restaurants to choose from in Charleston. If you are looking for good ice-cream its a go to.....anything else I would reconsider another restaurant.

Super disappointed!! We forgive the frozen French fries and ice cream with freezer burn for the cute atmosphere, but when the staff doesnt know the ingredients in the ice cream and a flavor like "Monster Cookie" doesnt have a " *Contains Peanuts" and I mention that shes deathly allergic to peanuts...a simple taste test becomes a very dangerous situation. And mistakes happen, but when we got out of the ER the next day and I called to just talk to a manager about what happened in hopes they could maybe add signage and train the employees to know the ingredients ...I didnt even get a call back...and I tried three times and emailed.

we used to go there regularly and always had a great experience but not anymore. our last couple of visits our orders have always been messed up. and at our most recent visit we went in and sat down and waited for about 15 to 20 minutes. the restaurant was not that busy and the staff saw us sitting there but no one came up. two tables that came in after us both got served before us. i finally had to go up to the counter and ask for drinks and menus. and then they got our order wrong again. the service has really gone down hill and we made the decision not to return. makes me sad because we really liked it.

I showed up at 11:40 and I waited by the counter trying to get someones attention to order some ice cream. After waiting there for 20 minutes, one of the staff members came over to me and instead of asking for my order he told me they were closed. I can not understand how no one could come and take my order within 20 minutes while the restaurant seemed very slow. I am also upset because while I was waiting at the counter for service someone complained about not getting the chicken tenders they ordered and then received free ice cream.

simply the most disgusting meal I have had in quite a few years. my microwaved bacon cheeseburger had two tasteless microwaved patties, a pile of burned bacon (out of the microwave no less, how do you do that?) on a bottom bun that was almost disintegrated by he juices out the microwaved patties and the sauces that were put on there. onion rings terrible, why bother with those terrible frozen rings. hot dog, 7-eleven makes a better one. first night in town wanted something I couldnt get at home, so glad I cannot!!!!!!

So Ive been to ye ole fashion in west Ashley a bunch of times and I love it there. My wife and I live in Mt Pleasant now so we ordered from this one. We ordered two cheeseburgers, two fries and two milkshakes. We were told to pick it up in 25 minutes. So I think Im reasonably unhappy when I got there in 20 minutes, it cost $25 and not only was the food cold but the milkshakes were melted as well and the staff was completely disinterested. Id much rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the West Ashley location

We were seated promptly and given menus, soon thereafter our order was taken. Two hot dogs with everything on them (minus chilli), and a sprite. After around 10-15 minutes, our dogs arrived in two baskets with drink. The bad part of this experience was paying $13.50 for two hot dogs that had ketchup, mustard, cheese and Cole slaw on them. If this is where the locals eat, Charleston doesnt know the value of hot dogs. I could have had two full meals at Chick-Fila for $13.50. Sadly, we wont be returning.

I really dont know what the hype is about this place. Took my kid there for a quick bite and discovered everything on the menu was kids menu quality. The cheeseburger they raved over literally was microwaved. I saw them take a pre cooked patty out, put american cheese on it, and microwave it. It had old iceberg lettuce and a stale bun. I thought I would find refuge in the fries, however they were undercooked limp frozen crinkle fries with no seasoning at all. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Ive always loved this place! Perfect spot to take the kids for a Sunday lunch. They have a few arcade games you can play while waiting on your food, which honestly doesnt take long at all. I had the BLT which true to their word has 10 slices of bacon on it. It could have used a couple more slices of tomato, but it was still really good. I like that the kids meals come with a scoop of ice cream. Friendly staff and a lively environment! Definitely has that small town feel.

Went here the other day and loved it! When you walk in a cashier will ask you if you want to dine in or take an order to go. If you dine in you can sit where ever you please and be waited on. If you decide to do the To Go option you just go to the front and order your food. I got the large chicken salad and at first I was skeptical because of the price but it was a very generous amount of food for what I paid. The people there are extremely nice as well!
