What a wonderful place to spend a hot summer afternoon! The ice cream is, of course, spectacular, but the real highlight of each trip is conversing with the employees. Theyre all so chatty and friendly, especially that hunk Connor. If I could spend all my time talking with him, you can bet your bottom dollar I would. Hes so personable and cheerful, even when I ask him to scoop me up extra peanut butter and chocolate ice cream (hes deathly allergic to peanuts). Theres no doubt that BR made a good choice hiring that fine young man. He can scoop. He can drizzle. He can sprinkle. He can serve. He can talk. When you pair all that with his stunning looks and gregariousness, its easy to see how Connor is the real deal. My GOD, its as if the good Lord himself bestowed this handsome lad upon the Baskin Robbins in Greensboro, NC. Sometimes, I even get my order wrong because hes lookin like a SNACK, I tell you what. Id put Connor as a topping for my ice cream any day. Hes the (ice) cream of the crop, and let Him most high smite me where I stand if Im lying to you. Do yourselves a favor: go to Greensboros BR. Order some ice cream, and take a good long look at the demigod behind that counter. Take his whole image in. Look at that beautiful face. Those swole arms. Those hands that seem made to scoop ice cream. When youre done, take your ice cream and leave, knowing youre a better person for gazing upon Connor himself, who is the handsomest, most extroverted and friendly individual you will ever meet. We asked a nice worker if we could have an Oreo cookie sundae but with mint chocolate chip instead of oreo. So he asked a co-worker (Sam is her name) if they could do that and she says "Oreo sundae?" in this ughh tone. Instead of listening she just scoops out the Oreo sundae and rings us up. We asked a question, and instead of respecting us or her coworker she rang us up for something we didnt want. I was looking forward to mint chip not Oreo. Im now sadly eating my 6$ sundae that I didntt order because I dont want to waste.

Absolutely Stingy workers, specifically an Indian worker. I did the bogo ice cream sundae and choose one of scoop ice cream for each sundae. She told me they dont carry whip cream so my sorry sundae tiny ice cream scoop did not even reach the top of the cup, topped only with hot fudge; since she said I was allowed only one topping. It was an extreme RIP OFF and ruined my night.

Horrible Experience! Rude staff and frost bitten desserts! They refused to refund me for a badly freezer burned dessert and instead made me pick out the same dessert in exchange. I mean, That dessert probably cost $2 to make, but they would rather lose a customer which is going tho cost more in the long run. I will not be back and neither should you!

Weve loved this little ice cream shop for many years. Its a lively place, but most people are buying their cones and sundaes to go. We took our two year old grandson their yesterday and he had a grand time. He left with chocolate all over his face. Parking is an issue. They share a lot next door at a cigar shop that is not obvious.

Dreadful experience. Walked in and the place smelled disgusting, the entire place smelled like a fart. Service was atrocious as well, we were skipped over in line for personal friends of some kid behind the counter. Needless to say, we walked out and will never be back there again. Save yourself some time and go to Cold Stone.

The best choices of ice creams and frozen yogurt variety in town. Additional parking in the rear. Seating inside and out. The ice cream cost a little more but its well worth the trip. Baskin Robbins is my favorite place for ice cream !

Ice Cream! Thats the best about this spot. Parking is very poor. Only 3 places at the stand alone building, so you have to figure out alternative parking in the area.
