We stopped by this Baskin Robbins to get milkshakes on a hot day. The lady behind the counter took my husband and his sons order and started to make the milkshakes. There was an older lady who come over and asked who was next. I told her that my son and I hadnt been waited on. She asked if we were all a family which I said yes. She said she was going to help another man who had just walked before us because we were a family and the other lady could get us. The man said to take care of us first but she didnt. After she served the man, I told her that I thought it was rude to just ignore me and that she should have served the people who were there first. The male manager/ owner got very irritated then told me that is how they serve people and basically I was wrong to think I should have been served first. That he had been in business for 26 years and he had no problem with his clients. I told him that I had been in business for over 30 years and would never be that rude and wouldnt pass someone up who had been waiting for 15 minutes before another client. He got really mouthy to me in which I said lets let social media decide??? He clearly didnt like that and gave us the milkshakes for free. I tried to pay for them but I guess he felt that if we got free milkshakes that I wouldnt speak out of social media??? From some of the other comments on here, I am not the only one who had crappy service!!

My family and I were visiting in Charelston for the week and on a Tuesday night we were hungry for some ice cream. We asked a few locals and they said that it was the best place, however, we had gotten there 5 minutes until they closed which means that they were not yet closed. Yet as soon as we walked in the doors the girl immediately said hi and said that they are about to close and we said ok we will be quick. So as we started ordering after every order she would say ok whos next we are closing. There were 8 of us and so we all had to look and decide what kind of ice cream we wanted. Normally my father would not say anything but he actually had to call her out and say that she was being rude. She got better for a few minutes but then she became extremely rude by telling us that we can not eat inside because they were closed. I understand that they wanted to go home and that they were tired but I work in retail and even though she might have been tired she should have still been nice and polite to us.

We had just finished a huge seafood dinner at a local restraunt and were planning on getting a frosty on the way back to the hotel, but it was closed (at 8:55 p.m.)........ and was THRILLED to find the Baskin-Robbins open! I think they said that they are open till 10p.m.. They were so friendly and great to talk to! They even have a family night with single cones for a dollar!(of course, that is during the week), but it won my vote in this hard hit economy...when every penny counts! Plus Baskin Robbins brings back great memories for me as it was a regular hangout for me as a teenager and quite a treat as a child growing up in Missouri! And

Great location with a drive through! I stop here all the time for a banana and strawberry smoothie made with fresh fruit. Great service and extremely nice staff. They also have amazing ice cream cakes. Of course they carry all of the BR flavors. Great place to cool off in the hot summer months. Family friendly!

The teenage workers were too busy giving out free ice cream to their group of friends instead of helping paying customers. Extremely frustrating. The kids stood at the counter while the line was out the door, and didnt care even after we said something.

Honestly the best food experience Ive had in South Carolina! Nice job Natalie at the My.Pleasnt location! Store was busy and it was 930pm, she was fast, friendly, and took the initiative to open up another register to get me checked out sooner!

Love going every Tuesday night for family scoop night. Hard to beat $1.89 for great ice cream! The staff is friendly and the store is clean. Plus, they have a drive thru lane!!!
