Ive eaten at this location multiple times & this has been the only Cold Stone in Greensboro Ive eaten at. I went to this location one night and ordered the same flavor of ice cream I always get every time I go to Cold Stone. I order a Medium Cheesecake & heath icecream with a waffle bowl. I sat down in the restaurant to eat & when I dug in there was strand of hair. Ew! it was a very long strand of hair. When I dug in deeper there was an eyelash. Not to mention when my icecream was being mixed, most of it melted. I gave up and walked out. Ive never eaten at this location again, although I love Friendly Center :)

Worst customer service Ive had in quite a while. I went in with my son and daughter. We were the only 3 in line. My sons order was taken and then others began to get in line from the wrong direction. Rather than correcting the situation employees began to take their orders! Other families were being served and checked out before either my daughter or myself were even addressed. Unbelievable!

Delicious ice cream. The employees are usually young high school kids doing their best to handle a tough job. Not much else to say about it. I always have had a good experience and Ive been going to this location for years.

I wish they had a better sorbet selection, but their ice cream selection is acceptable. The staff is friendlier than other locations and they seem to enjoy their job. Good quality ice cream at a reasonable price.

Buy I never know they could make icecreams this way, It was awesome. I did not know what to get. Finally settled on cookie and cream with brownie and black cherry. Yummy!!

Ice cream here is always good. The employees are really nice. The best is when you they are making new waffle cones/bowls. That is just divine!

Theres usually a wait but the workers are nice and try their hardest to move with the pace. Not much seating either. Customer service is great.
