Every time i go here they mess up my order. Once there was no ice for drinks. Another time I asked for nachos and they gave me just a side of nacho cheese. Today, I ordered my food and they told me to pull off to the side to wait for it. There was another car parked waiting for their food as well. About 5 minutes later, a worker came outside, gave the person in the other car 2 bags of food and they left. I waited another 5 minutes and then got fed up and went inside. I asked the guy at the counter where my food was and a lady working said "well I put the 2 orders right here", pointing to the counter. Whoever brought the food out gave the other person my food!! They asked me if I still wanted my food which obviously I did because I was hungry. Seriously the worst service ever!! Ill never go back, Id rather drive 10 minutes more to go to the one on South Blvd!

This is by far the absolute worst KFC or Taco Bell you will ever go to. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous, and dont even try to complain to a manager, they will just make you look like an idiot in front of everyone. The food is horrible and never fresh, no matter what time you go it always tastes old and stale. Ive eaten here several times, unfortunately, and not one single time has been good. Also, nearly every time they mess up your order and give you the wrong things on the Taco Bell side, like they dont even know what theyre making. Ive even called cooperate numbers on the receipt and still no change. Eat here and you will regret it!!!

Bad customer service! I dont ask for a lot or expect first class service at these places. I use to work in fast food. I know its no ones dream job. But its a JOB none the less. The least you can do us GREET ppl at the window and make some kind of eye contact. And thank them when you complete the order. I will even be fine if you dont smile. But at least greet the customer and send them off with courtesy. On a dozen occasions by different cashiers I have been handed my food and had my money taken by deaf mutes. VERY RUDE !

Went there last night and they messed up my entire order. My KFC bowl that I asked for no gravy on, and even the ticket said no gravy, had gravy. The KFC big box meal that was supposed to come with mashed potatoes and coleslaw didnt have those sides. We waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru and the restaurant wasnt even that busy. Do yourself a favor and dont go here unless you like to wait forever and pay for food and not get it.

If you had a lower rating I would give it. I dont go out of my to be rude to people and help other people while ignoring others. Then intentionally damaging the food prior to handing it to someone is pretty foul. Reminds why I work so hard to educate my kids so they dont have to be around or work with people like that.

Just went there and ordered the $5 meal with chicken. The chalupa is the only thing that had chicken once I got to where I was going. Order all wrong and they asked me if I wanted chicken!!! Went ahead and ate the soft taco that was beef. Now sick and throwing up. Calling the board of health! Dont eat there!!

Worst place EVER!!!! After waiting for 36 minutes after I paid for my food in the drive-thru they gave my food to someone else and then proceeded to remake my food... Wrong and only gave me half of my order. Its freaking fast food tacos for goodness sake how hard is it to handle a simple order???

Terrible customer service! Even from management. They are ALWAYS out of something (tacos, chicken, sauce.. you make it!). This places needs a HUGE facelift! Starting with management! TERRIBLE! If this was the last place on earth to eat, I would starve!
