I would give this place no star if possible.Friends and I ate there today for the first time excited to try a new place and the food was awful, one of my friends didnt take but one bite and couldnt eat it. My other friend and myself tried a little of our food but forced it down because we were so hungry. When the waitress ask us why we werent eating we explained and my friend asked if her meal could be taken off the check please. The waitress then got an attitude and went to tell the manager. She came back and offered to give us 1/2 off. So we ask to speak to the manager who then came over only to argue with us about how good her food was accuse us of coming there before and liking it. Then saying that we must go around and try to get free food! When we explained that none of it was good but we would just like the one dish removed from the bill she told us to pay and get out! I will be telling everyone about this experience! If you wont good service, excellent food and the nicest staff go to Fusion on Woodruff road. We were trying a new place to bad K town stunk! And its not K to treat customers that way!

Ive been here a couple times thus far and it just constantly feels like they have only just opened a week ago. Their food is consistently good, but Ive always experienced mediocre to poor service. Whats unfortunate is that I dont think its the fault of the servers. The latest time I went, which was on a Friday during peak dinner hours, they were clearly understaffed. Not to mention there was a group of people there that had been drinking for a while and were literally singing and dancing around the restaurant. I get that might happen at a restaurant past dinner hours, but this was like 7:30. Whats unfortunate about all of this is that I feel like their food is actually quite good. They have a tabletop korean bbq setup that is priced fairly and its really tasty. Its also kind of fun and a unique experience to grill your food at the table. Their sushi is also probably some of the better in the area. Overall 3/5 stars. If they work on their service a little bit Id change this to 4 or 5 stars for sure.

My wife and I went to the restaurant after hearing about it from some friends. The girl at the door seemed friendly enough but as we where being seated we asked about the Korean BBQ and she said "oh Im sorry, over this way" taking us to another table and we all laughed, we told her it was our first time. The waitress got us drinks and we told her as well it was our first time. A few moments go by and we decide on a meat, and when she came back over I ask about how much would it be for another protein. She tells us with an attitude that we need to order two proteins from the list and walks away! There was maybe 3 other tables. It was super slow but she didnt even bother spending them time of day explaining how anything works after we told two people we had no idea what was going on. We left without ordering and will not be returning.

This place was HIGHLY recommended by a Korean Grocer Lady on Pelham Road. I am learning to cook Korean food and am always looking for Authentic tastes. I was impressed over the Moon. I sampled the Mondue(Beef dumpling) soup, the Sushi was reminiscent of eating it in California it was very fresh and carefully made. I ordered way more food than I could comfortably consume because of how good it tasted. The wait staff was very attentive, well informed with the menu and able to guide you through it..... needles to say I am always telling other people I know about it. I have tasted food at other Korean style restaurants in our area this, is now my go too place for Koreans cooking Authentic Korean food. See you soon K-Town

Had all hopes of getting some great sushi and fried oysters! Thank goodness I ordered Togo because the animated Asian dance music they were playing ruins the experience. They gave me fried mussels instead of fried oysters. Figured there wouldnt be an issue so I called to fix it. Instead of fixing the issue they had the hostest talk to me over the phone like I was completely seafood illiterate. She simply stated uuuhhhh well ummmm like osysters are grey, mussels are orange and Im not sure we have mussels so Im not sure what to tell you. How about NEVER WAIST MONEY OR TIME AT K TOWN AGAIN. Management FYI if your hostest cant handle an issue properly, try handling it. Bless it.

This is the first Korean Restaurant I have tried in Greenville and it was very good!! I enjoyed the assortment of kimchee that is given at the start of your meal. The layout of the restaurant and the menu were great!! I got the Stone Bowl Bibimbop. It had everything I am used to, minus any form of heat. I had to pour on the hot sauce to get the flavor I am used to! I also had to knock off a star because it is much more expensive than I thought it would be. My Bibimbop lunch, was a huge portion, but cost more than I wanted to spend! Overall, the food and service was above average, but the price and lack of heat that Im used to knocked off a star.

Just ate dinner here. Never heard of it and Im always looking for Korean food so I was surprised. Its kind of off the beaten path but once the area around it gets developed this place will kill it. I just hope it can last that long. The place is huge and the menu is maybe bigger, which initially scared me but I was assured later not to be worried. The food and service was great. I ordered some rather obscure dishes with my fingers crossed that it would be fresh and it really was. Well definitely be back. Hard to find good korean in town and even harder to be able to pair it with good sushi

My friend and I got there at about 11:18 we called before and asked what time they took their last guest and they said 11:30. Our server Hannah was great! She was very patient and gave us time to look over the menu. The sushi was okay however my friends chicken and shrimp hibachi was GREAT. He also had the dumpling soup which he described as phenomenal. Its a very nice place inside and out, Im surprised we were the only people in there tonight. This was our first visit but definitely wont be our last.

Let me first say this is a place you go to for the experience. Its a fun place to go with your family or friends to enjoy a meal, similar to hibachi being cooked in front of you. The service is decent enough, a little slow or neglecting at time, but not the worst. The food itself is ok. The non marinated meats leave a lot to be wanted and the marinated meats are are the preferred choice. I guess my biggest problem is that there is only two flavors of meat. Also the eggs are good.
