We were seated promptly enough in an almost empty restaurant, save for a large group on one table who left about 5 minutes later and 2 couples. The waiter did not arrive for at least 5 minutes and once drinks orders were placed, didnt return with them for another 10 minutes - quite what he and the other servers were doing was anyones guess. Food was ordered, between 5 of us we ordered 3 starters and a main each. The starters came out efficiently enough and the food was quite tasty but nothing special. Then 3 of the main dishes came out and I, along with my sister waited for ours, I ordered the Samurai rolls and she ordered the Sweet Heart rolls; we thought as wed both gone for that type of dish, it may have taken longer, however, after 15 minutes (we had been looking for a server during this time) we caught the eye of our waiter and queried where our dinner was, he checked with the chef and came back to inform us that the chef had made our food and it had been brought out - after explaining that it clearly hadnt, he checked again and without apologising, he let us know that our dinner in fact had been given to another table who had accepted it. Within 2 minutes we had got our food, quite how we got it that fast I dont want to know. After a little heated discussion, the server then started acting a lot nicer to us, I expect his manager had had a word with him. He then stated as a gesture of good will, they would take 10% off the bill - in fact, it was 10% off the late dishes, a grand total of $6! With a little discussion we managed to get more off the total bill, although by this point, the atmosphere of our meal had been ruined and any apology was still not forthcoming. All in all, the food was nice but not great, the service was terrible. As somebody already mentioned in a previous review, any table of 5 or more already has 18% gratuity added and so I think that take that to mean they dont have to be as friendly or attentive to you.

It was a terrible experience. The food wasnt even good and the service was awful. Went there last week on a hunch and quickly regretted it. The server did not even visit our table until after we were seated for a while and she didnt even smile the whole time we were there. Not sure if it was her first day or what but she didnt seem to want us to enjoy our dining experience. I ordered ice water with lemon and I had to ask for it 3 times before I got the first one. She didnt ask us if we wanted to order until after 15 minutes has passed. But get this, she gave us the bill 5 minutes after we got our order. She didnt even ask us if want another drink or try a dessert. The best part is this: they had the nerve to add 18% gratuity on the total bill after taxes is calculated. They even want us to pay tip on the taxes. I ask her if she could take the tip out and well just leave it on the table. The answer was " NO , I cant, we include it in all the bill." So, the main reason we didnt get a good service is that she was going to get the 18% tip no matter what type of service was delivered. Believe me, I had paid 40% tip on a bill before but it was an exceptional, friendly, above and beyond type of service. I will gladly pay for service when a service is good but this was more like a disservice. This is obviously a place I would not visit ever again. I wish somebody had warned me about this restaurant.

We tired this restaurant two days ago and very disappointed. The food was bad and the attitude of the owner was awful. He kept us waiting for 45 minutes after serving the soup, even though the business was very slow at that time. The food could have been served in 5 minutes and it was not fresh at all. When the bill came, it turned out that it listed two items we never ordered! There are many other Japanese restaurants in that area, which server much better (and fresh) food and have excellent service. Strongly recommend not to go to Seito Sushi in Celebration!!

We came in and ordered 2 fried rices and one order of gyozas to go, simple enough order right? Wrong! We waited 30 min for our food, and it took us asking a server and a hostess who was of and just stopping in to get our food. And when we asked the hostess how much longer it was going to be she said she would check in a min. (She wasnt doing anything at this time). Overall I will never ever step foot back in this establishment

O lugar fica no centrinho de Celebration, bem em frente ao lago, fazendo com que as mesas de fora sejam melhores para apreciar a paisagem. Sushi bem gostoso. Serviço rápido e atencioso.

They have some of the best options for sushi lovers. The Popeye, the Mango Tango and the Sweetheart rolls are delicious! And they are extremely accommodating with substitutions! You can sit on the front patio and people watch in Downtown Celebration, or sit at the sushi chef counter and watch them create wonderful meals. You will love it! And its reasonably priced!!!

The food was average and they literally took 45 minutes to bring us our small order of shrimp tempura. We waited a total of an hour and a half for our order of 2 sushi rolls and shrimp tempura. We came in at 8:30 and were the only other table in the near empty restaurant. I would not recommend coming here unless you like waiting more than an hour for your food.

Ive been here twice already now, and both times with relatively large groups. Service was pleasant, and the food was great. Both times left me with a great experience. Then again, it could have been the company, but I wasnt left with a bad taste in my mouth. Im sure Ill be dining here again from occasion to occasion.

Food & view were fabulous. The service was absolutely awful. Our waitress was beyond rude- ignored us, never brought us silverware or napkins, or refilled our drinks. Two other waitresses helped us that were very polite, however a backed up kitchen is no excuse for crappy service.

I always have a great experience when dining here! Its quiet, intimate, and the staff are always very nice and polite. But, what keeps me coming back is the delicious sushi! If you are looking for a good sushi restaurant in Celebration this is the place!

Amazing customer service from the moment we arrived (without a reservation!). Table outside in the sunshine. Taken to choose cold sake. Best sushi we have enjoyed in some time. And we eat a lot of sushi! Could not fault it. Highest recommendation.

Loved the tuna carpaccio, we also had the teriyaki chicken with rice and salad and it was great in flavor and serving size for its price. California dreaming and Alaska rolls were also excellent. Delicious lemonade too! Will be back for sure!!!

Good price for bento box. Only $9 to 12 but packed busy and loud inside with bussiness ppl. Had to wait 30mins for food. Finding street parking is a husstle. Food is decent . Salad needs to improve.
