I refuse to step foot back in this establishment and havent after how i was treated over a year ago. I frequently eat at the other local food places in the area and would gladly continue to support them solely based on their customer service . I came in one afternoon close to the beginning of their lunch hour albeit probably one of their busier parts of the day like most other food establishments. I was planning on having lunch and wanted to see if a manager was available to discuss working with a local charity at that time to raise money for a run. While waiting in line I asked one of the workers if they had a manager on staff that I could chat with while waiting. They quickly went to the back and came over saying they would be with me shortly. The manager hastily came out and greeted me warmly. I explained that I was there to have lunch and I simply wanted to see if we could raise support for the event by placing a poster or some fliers in their establishment in exchange for passing out their menus or any other free marketing they would like. The managers whole demeanor changed, he suddenly became very rude, impatient and harsh like I was a sudden pest. I realize many establishments and franchises may not be able to do this because of their companys protocols and rules. That is fine, Ive been turned down as many times as people have said yes and thats typically par for the course. My goal was 2 sided, try a new place for a tasty lunch and try to do my job by raising support with local businesses which several agreed to do in the area. Its how I was turned down that made me never want to give this place a second thought. He said he didnt have time to discuss something like this right now and did I have anything more important to ask him. I told him I was planning on having lunch so I could wait for a while if he thought he would be free within an hour, I realized it was their lunch time. I am very passionate about my work and at that time raising support for a great cause by hanging a poster or passing out some fliers was worth the wait if he had the time. He harshly replied with a no he wouldnt be free for the rest of the day. So I asked if maybe they had someone else that maybe I could talk with or email later that day. At this point he became very rude and said you need to order something or leave, were to busy to deal with someone like you..."like you" just resonated in my head when he spoke those words. What does that even mean? Im like every other paying customer or hard working individual that is passionate about what they do. Who knows what "like you" meant to him but it was enough for me to say thank you very much for your time and so sorry for bothering him at all. I left without buying a lunch from them and since have never had an inclination to step foot back inside even though I drive by there probably once a week or more. Now I know establishments will have loyal patrons and they on average spend hundreds of dollars a year or more on their favorite food places. They then tell their friends, families, and coworkers about it and they too spend hundreds of dollars if they like it. Being a food establishment your product is extremely important but so is the service you are providing which comes from your staff and management. If one is exceptionally wrong or off the other cannot make up for it. Please take heed to how you treat your customers in the future. Hopefully others wont have to experience such horrible customer service.

Quick, easy, healthy, cheap, and convenient. This place is a convenient walk for me from my work. When I first read the name, I thought that it was a burger place. It is not. they serve rice bowls with vegetables and your choice of meat. Located in beautiful Tapestry Park. I come here about once per week. There is basically one type of item on the menu and at $6.29 (after tax), it is about the same price as anything that I can order at my work cafeteria. It is simple and healthy, but everything is really tasty at the same time! I wish they had one near my house.

Food is pretty good and I eat here for lunch frequently. However, service with a smile is not going to happen. You will be greeted by a glum and rather unfriendly cashier who clearly would rather be somewhere else. I know working in a restaurant can be a drag but seriously at least pretend you want to be there. Again food is good, healthy, and fairly priced. However, the service needs improvement. If I was management Id find some better employees.

Ate here for lunch today. Their prices are very reasonable. The food is great. I got a "works bowl" which came with beef, chicken and veggies over rice (white or brown). Ordering takes place as it does at other fast food restaurants and service during the lunch rush was fast. The food reminds me of a place in Japan called Yoshinoya. They have similar menus. Anyway the food here at The Flame Broiler is great and I will go back often.

I told the gentleman that was my first time there, he went through everything that I could possibly need to know to make a wise choice about dinner, I chose to have chicken and the beef teriyaki so I can get a sense of all the flavors with vegetables I had a really great experience he came and picked up the mess as soon as I was done eating and I would definitely go back. The food was delicious

Hard to describe the food here, basically bowls with rice and some meat. Food tasted ok but nothing special, place is really tiny and cramped to eat in. I would not warn you away (unless you are with a large group) but I also would not go back, there are too many other places in the area that are better.

I come here every sunday to get my lunches for the week. I get the family plan. Thats 4 bowls and 4 drinks for 20 bucks. Thats a cheap, healthy lunch all week. Every time i go the employees are very curtious and super friendly. I will continue to eat here weekly.

Food was pretty good. The presentation in the bowl was lacking. (All of the vegetables were lumped together ) The sauce dispensers were empty. I would go back for something quick, cheap and tasty.

The service was friendly however the vegetable bowl is nothing more than steamed rice with carrots and broccoli that are 100% unseasoned and insanely bland

Get the white meat chicken with white rice, veggies, and green onions. Then throw some of that brown hot sauce on it. 5/5 everytime!
