Coming from Boston and landing in Ohio I've been searching. As I'm sure you would suspect we have some of the best restaurants to be found back east. Through my 53 years of dinning out and and discovering that appearance doesn't determine the food ratings must come from taste. Seoul Hot Pot has shown that Ohio has what takes. Food and service stand above even some of those that are in my home town back east. Please attempt to look over outside looks and location.I'm sure you'll be most please. Might even write a review as my own. Enjoy!

Service is awesome and the food is great. They give you tons of side dishes for free, and always have some sort of real fresh fruit dessert, whether it be apples, oranges, pears....thats free too. our bill usually comes to 20-25 bucks for the two of us. Great place! FYI, it doesnt look like much from the outside or inside, but the service and quality make up for it

Went in for lunch, not greeted by anyone. Finally the guy in the kitchen waves and points to a table. We sit and wait 10 minutes (it was not very busy).. was never given a menu. So we get up and put our coats back on and the same guy waves us away like go ahead, leave. Had high hopes for this restaurant. Wont be going back, thats for sure.

I wouldnt going back to this place anymore, the food is not what I expected! The place is so dirty, so sticky on the floor and the tables also the chairs! And I saw the staff was cooking in the chitchen use the the spoon to taste with her mouth and then put the spoon back to my soup and stir it.i am not going back to this place !

The best Korean food in Cleveland. Used to be named Seoul Hot Pot, but was renamed and renovated (though still under the same ownership). I recommend the bugolgi or if youve brought a number of friends make sure to use the tables with built in grills!

Really good Korean food. Our group loved everything from the bibimbap to the dumplings and fried rice we ordered. It was hard to decide which of all the good things was our favorite. Its by no means a fancy place, but its authentic and very tasty.

We were the only customers when we arrived for dinner. The waiter/chef made the wrong order for me. Also, they give less side dishes than other Korean spots nearby. The food tasted good, but the service needs improvement.

Ordered Korean BBQ, meat was still partially frozen, freezer burnt, and completely unmarinated. Tasted and felt like leather. The meat in the bibimbop was the same, dry and almost inedible.

As other reviewers mentioned, the building is not great, but the food is wonderful - and that is most important thing for me. Also, the off-street parking is easy to miss.
