Just had a delivery for wings and a pizza. The pizza was average, the true problem was with the wings. Thank god one was split open so I saw that the chicken was raw before anyone ate it. When I say raw, i dont mean slightly undercooked or just low quality (lets be honest its wings from Pizza Hutt). I mean pink, translucent, barely warm chicken with soft, doughy breading. How something that doesnt even come close to the word "cooked" ever made it to the box without getting caught first is beyond me. I called to inform the manager on duty of the issue. She tried to remedy the situation best she could but seemed non-chalant about the whole ordeal. Im not sure if she didnt understand the gravity of the situation or if they get calls like this often. All I know is that I will not be ordering from Pizza Hutt ever again. I hope they fix this issue before people start contracting salmonella.

Ive ordered from here plenty of times, delivery to an apartment with no issues. Placed an order on Aug 12th at 7:30, at 8:45 I receive a phone call from a nasty woman with an attitude claiming that I gave the wrong address. Supposedly the driver tried to call me 3-4 times and no one answered the door when he knocked repeatedly. When I tell her that no one called me and I that Ive been by the window expecting the driver she catches an attitude saying "Well hes at the store now." Not once did the driver call, the address is the same as before since it is automatically saved and when a customer tells you this you dont argue with them like theyre and idiot you apologize and send a more capable driver out to do the job.

My husband and I went here yesterday evening for dinner and it was really bad . We were ignored for ten minutes and then A younger guy came and waited on us and told us he was off the clock and that our actual waitress was texting away on her phone and wasnt doing what she was supposed to be doing . We ordered the grilled cheese stuffed crust pizza and it was horrible and after eating two slices giving it a fair try I just couldnt eat any more the cheese tasted old and the actual pizza was soggy :( I loved this place for years and now after two bad experiences back to back I will never go back here

I am currently sitting in the parking lot of Pizza Hut in Easley, SC. Ive been sitting here over 45 minutes!!! With my toddler in the backseat! Placed our order online with hopes of getting there and it would be ready but that sadly was not the case. Had two pizzas which were BOTH wrong but only sent one back which they had to remake TWICE because they kept messing it up. Very disappointed in the service I received tonight.

This place is so slow literally every time we order carry out or even have gone in to eat they take atleast 45mins usually more its ridiculous! Today we were pulled to the front of the restaurant and here we are at almost an hour pulling back around to see whats up!!? Definitely need to work on their process as Ive heard the same complaints from several friends

Staff was fun and friendly, I have never tasted a better pizza from pizza hut supposedly a certain cook can make them really great. Kinda dont like how there are no "real" pizza hut coupons... or weekly deals .... but other than that 5 stars will definatly go here from now on

The staff here are really nice but for whatever reason the pizza has gone downhill be it this store or the chain. It was super greasy and the sauce tasted almost candy sweet not my thing.

Always slow service.... So order a few minutes ahead of when you need it and you will be happy. I like Pizza Huts sauce and crust better than most on that Deep Dish!
