I WILL NOT BE BACK I HAVE BEEN GETTING THE RUN AROUND FOR MY $15 dollars.....the cashier ALICIA failed to give me at the drive thru window I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and small fry which came to a total of 5.49 I gave her 20.49 she gave me my food and I didnt realize she didnt give me my change so I called over to the store 15 minutes later only to talk to a male manager that assured me that after lunch they would count the draw and give me my money. mind u Im on my lunch break as well. So I called two more times and stressed to them that they should count the draw I would be getting off soon and I would like to have my money asap.... he put me on hold and lets me speak to a girl manager while he stands in the background and tells her what to say instead of telling me his self. So now its 4:30 no call and no money. This is very frustrating Im sure the cashier knows she didnt give me my money at the window so I will not return because of this matter. Also so no one else has this problem they need to train them to hand change back before they hand the food to the customer considering the fact that we have to pay before we get our food

This was such a sad experience. Ive never had a bad chic fil a visit until now. Traveling through Easley, I went through the drive thru for a cup of chicken salad with crackers and a diet Dr Pepper. The drive thru scanner didnt work so my chic fil app with money on it couldnt be used. She told me to come inside. I parked and got my child out of the car (which I wanted to avoid). I went inside and had to wait in line. The poor kids behind the counter were working hard - not enough folks for a Saturday evening. The trash can was overflowing the other Didnt have a can in it. After waiting in line she gave me my drink and scanned my app. She went to get my chicken salad and I saw her searching for crackers and knew this was getting worse-- at The same time I took a drink and realized that it was not diet Dr Pepper it was regular Dr Pepper. She came back and said they didnt have any crackers (how I was planning to eat the chicken salad)so I asked for a refund. After she gave me the refund she asked if I wanted the chicken salad which I thought was odd; I said no thanks and she slammed it in the trash can right in front of me. Sad.

We are usually not disappointed with chick-fil-a, but this morning must of been very off for them. First off, we ordered 3 meals as combos then one meal as just a sandwich with a water. But when we received our food, only one meal was a combo, we were missing one sandwich, and was missing the water. So understanding mistakes happen, my husband questions the cashier and she charged him a extra $2.50, making the meals a combo. After paying, he informs her that we are also still missing a water and a sandwich. A few minutes later, we still have no sandwich. so he had to remind them again. After all that, our food was not only over cooked, but it was, to the looks, thrown together quickly. On a very not busy morning, yall definitely disappointed us..

Today 7/12/16 I witnessed the most racist thing ever and I love Chick fil a. My son mom and I were eating the manger? I guess Justin was giving out hats to kids and he passed my son at least 4 or 5 times without giving him a hat. Finally he asked us was everything okay. We replied with a smile sure. Then I was standing in line for a refill and he looked dead at me and went to the white lady to help her and then disappeared. Another girl with a smile got our refill! This is bad business and its a shame that you couldnt give my son (whos black) a hat. Maybe even just refilled my cup!

I would give the staff here 5 stars, easily. As per the usual at Chick Fil As, the staff are always courteous and helpful. This is an older ChickFilA and unfortunately its starting to show its age. Its usually crowded and cramped, inside, and has an outside play area, which is decent in the fall and spring, but unbearably hot or far too cold in the summer and winter. An upgraded restaurant is desperately needed, with more parking, wider drive-through lanes, more tables, and an indoor play area. We drive to the newer Powdersville Chick-Fil-A due to these upgrades.

Friendly, polite,very attentive staff. The entire restaurant property is always cleanand clean and well kept. Inside dining and rest rooms always spotless and stocked neatly. The park lot and grounds are always very manicured. I normally am a breakfast drive thru customer and my #1 and #2 reasons for continuing to be a loyal customers is The personalize treatment given by Esther and Micha, who are sisters, that have exceptional CS skills, and make me feel special every time I stop.

Love chick fila and know very well how the food should taste. Once I ordered biscuits from this location and they were so hard I could not eat them. I called and was told I could receive another I dont live in the area and rarely visit. Second time I tried them the waffle fries were sooo soggy and unseasoned. My lemonade was given to me with the lid half on and it spilt everywhere in my car. Dont think I will be trying this location again when I pass through.

I went in a few weeks ago to pick up my catering order. I wanted it to be done at a certain time. It took me about 20 minutes to get my order because it was not ready. I am very disappointed in the service. When I called to tell someone about it they were apologetic and promised to call me back but they never did. I have never gotten anything from them as far as catering goes and Im not sure I will again.

This location is notorious for serving old nuggets that have been re-fried over and over again. Chic Fil A nuggets should be fresh and juicy. Instead, at this location, they are dried out and taste like cardboard (although, I think cardboard would be tastier than this locations nuggets). I hate this Chic Fil A location and I always drive 40+ minutes out of my way to Greenville if Im craving Chic Fil A.

There is always something wrong with my order. Tonight the count in the nuggets was wrong and one was only grissle. Most of the time the meat in the sandwich is too done and too small. I parked to eat tonight and saw the car beside me come out with their to go order but ended up going back in to get something corrected. I think I will take the time to go to the one in Powdersville from now on.

Last Tuesday around 9am, went to go fetch a couple of chicken biscuits. Got inside, didnt see no one at the counter and a gentleman was standing there waiting to order as well. A employee came from the drive through side to fill a drink up , didnt acknowledge us and the 2 couples with kids coming in and went back to the drive through. Going on five minutes I just left. Will not be back
