The place has great food but the manager Treasa had the raido so loud it was worse than being in a night club. When we asked the watress to turn it Down so we could hear our selves Talk. She came back and said the manager said "NO". We asked to speak to the manager and the watress went and told her we would like to speak with her and she again said "NO". When I went up to the counter and asked to speak to the manager she just said she was too busy "What did I want?" When I asked could she please turn down the raido. She rolled her eyes at me and said fine and turned down the raido a very little bit. And " said if i did not like it I could make My order to go and leave!". I will never be back in that place. I refuse to dine in a place with my family that has a raido blasting like a night club!!!! And lets not forget the manager who rolled her eyes like a child when you talk to her

This place is a joke called my order in at 4:35pm by some person that dont work there she told me it would be ready in 15 mins. My drive there is about a 15 min drive so I stopped at the local Winn Dixie to pick up some cokes about a ten min delay. When I got there two other cars in in front of me which took another 10 mins because there orders where not ready. When I finally got to the window and payed for my order she told me they did not put them in the oven so I had to wait with the others that where in front of me also one that was behind me which took another 20 mins to get my pizza. Bottom line is dont give a time unless you ready to deliver.

We usually order to go and I always seem to get the feeling they are wicked understaffed. It really shouldnt take that long to have someone bother to take the time to get your order... Recently I dined in with my son and mother. Our waiter was very nice. He informed us of a special that was not listed in the menu or advertised inside. The food was what you would expect from a cookie cutter chain pizza joint.

The moron who took my order forgot to enter it, so pizza was not made when I arrived for pick up. After re-ordering, I still had to pay full price for waiting and got to sit there and watch the complete circus in the kitchen. This place needs a real manager and a lot of deep cleaning. I wont be returning...ever!

Bad service to customers, waiting about an hour for food, asked for a box about 7 times and still no box ... But finally we got one from another waiter, Id never come back here in my life.....wish I had the name of the sorry waiter.

It was pizza and pasta . What will have me coming back is the service!! Waitress Michelle was BEYOND amazing !! The sweetest , NICEST , all around BEST waitress I have EVER had at any restraunt ever ! And my kids LOVED her ♡♡

I just picked up a large pizza with stuffed crust and it was horrible. Tasted like crap. We threw it in the trash can.The first time I ordered pizza from them it was delicious but now its downhill. Horrible!!!!

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut multiple times and every time the pizza is cooked to order. The wait times from order to pickup are very quick and the staff is always pleasant when I go in for carry out.
