This is a quote from a review that got "blocked" from Yelp.... " giving this place only one star for the mere fact that they allow dogs on the patio. Myself and three friends went for lunch one afternoon and although th server was friendly, all of us at the table has been double charged. Several days later when looking at my charges, I reloaded the restaurant has charged me twice- for the exact same amount. After reviewing with my friend, she also encountered the same issue as she was charged twice but in two different amounts on two separate days. After finally contacting the other layer in our group this morning he was also charged twice- in the same day. I find it extremely sketchy that all of our cards were charged more than once- and even more sketchy that my card was charged for two different amounts on two separate days. Who is reviewing your credit charges and slips at the end of the night? Clearly not management. When we called to speak to a manager, one couldnt be found. Having worked in management in a restaurant for over five years I find it incredibly rude to use that as an excuse. In addition, a manager should be readily available at all time. Better yet, a prompt reply on someone being DOUBLE CHARGED is not only expected, but polite. None of us will be returning. We also plan on sharing this somtoey with our friends and family. I have always been a fan of matunuck oyster bar (which has yet to let me down after MULTIPLE visits) and when I attempted to give this Place a chance, it failed miserably". The response from the owner - OWNER which gets me every time was "absolute false review, its impossible for double charges. Get a life." Get a life? What an awesome response from a respected owner. My response was "impossible? It happened to the three of us and your manager Jan even refunded myself as he said, youre correct that you were charged twice. Veg polite of an owner to tell a customer to get a life when your business was wrong. Two thumbs up, buddy," Never will go back. Suggest no one else go either.

I have been to TwoTen a couple of times and food and service was great but this dining experience was extremely dissapointing. The oysters, shrimp cocktail, chowder and stuffed quahog, Lobster Alfredo and cocktails were excellent. Then came the dowward spiral. My wife and daughter ordered the Filet Mignon medium-well. They were served to the table medium-rare and one with no demiglaze or mashed potatoes. They both had to sent back to be cooked correctly while the other guests waited to eat their dinners. One steak came back cooked right and my daughter was served a new steak that was still not cooked to medium-well correctly. The waitress was very kind and apologized but the overall poor food quality coming out of the kitchen not cooked correctly tanked the overall dinner and evening. The manager did come over and apologized for the issue with the steaks and took $15.00 off of each steak dinner on final bill as compensation for the problem. I am more so dissapointed that I purchased 8 TwoTen Gift Certificates on Sweet Deals to give as Christmas Gifts and this dismal dinner makes it very difficult for me to give out as a gifts knowing their is a chance the recipient may have a poor dining experience like we did. Their are many primere restaurants throughout the state that can serve steak cooked as ordered along with excellent seafood offerings and hope TwoTen steps up its game on how food comes out of the kitchen before it is served to the customer. Third time visit was not a charm.

I agree with Anthony! A friend of ours suggested TwoTen Oyster Bar; so we went there for our anniversary last night. What a disappointment!! I had "baked cod". It was a joke. I would not pay even half the price for what I was served. The cod was from freezer, not fresh, and had absolutely no taste at all. I put some salt and paper on it to be edible. My side zucchini dish was way under cooked and no taste either. $24 was overly priced for what I got! The serving size? dont go there if you are hungry. You would be still hungry when you walk out. The service was very slow. It took more than half hour till our appetizer FRIED CALAMARI showed up. We were not impressed by its flavor. There was no bread on the table.... I like to write reviews for restaurants and hotels since I like to read them before I go there. This is the first time in my life that I gave a two-star. Sorry, Two Ten Oyster! You need to improve the taste or drop the price, at least for baked frozen cod...my husbands jerk salmon for $23 was also nominal, a blackened salmon with a chutney spread on top. Since there was a 40 minute wait for a table, we sat by the bar. The bartender lady was very nice...though she got my husbands beer refill wrong. There are good selections of beer and wine. The price for a drink is reasonable. We also like the location and plenty of parking spaces. The outside sitting area was very inviting, though the music was loud. I would go there just for a drink or two, not for food.

I was actually insulted by a dining experience tonight. 830 reservation, sat at 845. Waitress took our drink and food order at 920. Fair its July 4 weekend. The low budget bingo hall kareoke music was so blaring loud, we couldnt even grab the attention of our waitress who was no where to be found... something about running out of sushi rice. Drinks arrive at 945, appetizers at 10.....1.5 hours after we arrived. Server, manager, everyone was AWOL.... When the appetizers came; 4/6 Oysters actually had no oysters in them, I should have gotten a picture, but we got served the top of the shell with a dusting of bread crumbs.... Im not joking.... they served us empty shells... like a seinfeld episode. Mussels and calamari were cold but fine. 4th appetizer didnt show up... Server was so upset with the kitchen and reataurants inability to produce she disappeared.... so we waited.... and waited... and waited.... to order entrees? More drinks? Nope... just brought the check.... charging us for appetizers we didnt receive... and disappeared again.... it was my mothers birthday and we wanted to at least have a celebratory mint.... LMAO This place blows. Is there even a manager or someone with a pulse that works there?

Very Hit or miss. Ive had very nice experiences at 210 but last night was not one of them. Arrived at 7:00pm.....finally got dinner after 9:00pm. When we arrived we were told it would be a 30 minute wait indoors, 1 hour outside. After an hour, we saw empty tables outside but hadnt been seated inside. When we checked, the hostess said they were very backed up inside and we should have asked for first available. OK, our bad, we didnt know the magic words. Once we were seated it was 1 hour from we met the dinners we ordered. This place seems to have no one in charge who has ever run a restauran (or maybe ever ate in a good one). One server came over to deliver a calamari dish that we didnt order and I actually saw her wandering back and forth across the outdoor patio trying find the meals owner. I witnessed another server in a lengthy conversation with an unseated patron while the two meals she had to deliver sat next to them cooling in the evening sea breeze. There are a number of great seafood restaurants in the area that actually know what theyre doing. Hopefully, one of the owners or managers of 210 will eat at one of them soon so they can see how it is supposed to work.
