Ok. To say I like Crazy Burger is not simply good enough. Their is a reason this place is one of my faves & I find myself here weekly. The name says everything, yet not nearly enough about South Countys finest. Yes, it has burgers, but it also does breakfast. The best is that you can get a burger for breakfast if you so desire. Thats right, burger for breakfast! Why not? Of course, theyve got all the typical & some not so typical day starter options, but occasionally I get hankering for their delicious burgers in the AM & would prefer to not have to wait unit lunch or dinner to satisfy the urge. I could simply go on about all the many cool & creative dishes they have, but burgers are a great introduction to what Crazy Burger has to offer. Of course, if you find yourself here on Sunday, then maybe the prime rib is your calling. Thats right, prime rib. Sunday is prime rib day. That is... they have the typical full menu & assortment of daily specials plus their own prime rib. These folks have been a staple among the college students, surfers, tourists, & general Southies (South County) for nearly twenty years & you dont need a foodie like Guy Fiere to sell you in this place, cause this establishment does it all on its own. Patrons should know that Crazy Burger does not actively have a liquor license, but dont let that scare you. You can enjoy your favorite brewski with that burger or Chardonnay with that fish dish. In true RI tradition, Crazy Burger is BYOB. With Pier Liquors only a couple blocks away, you can be sure that the ideal meal paring will not be squashed by simply what the restaurant has on tap. You should know, that my favorite burger is the Fireworks Burger. As many who have tried it, this burger is the bomb, but I like to mix things up by dropping this one in the flour tortilla. A Crazy Burger novice may wish to start here. Regardless of your burger preference, be sure to make your way to Crazy Burger. And when you do... tell them Scotty sent ya.

Best spot for outdoor seating in Narragansett in their garden! Also an even better perk to this restaurant is that it is BYOB with gluten free and vegan options but also friendly to those meat lovers. Kombucha: the absolute best so please order if you are a fan. Crazy burger has a different flavor on tap everytime I go and its the best!! Firework Burger: consist of beef patty, bacon, onion, pepper and cheese and you can substitute the bun for a gluten free one. Sauce on the side was a habanero/spicy ketchup which was really good and added a kick to the burger. Also ordered with a side of sweet potato fries which are SO good because the salad/bean salad served with is not the best. Quinoa burger (vegan): no flavor and consisted of carrot, bean, quinoa and sweet potato. Ive had many meatless burgers and this had no taste. The burger was served with pesto sauce which did not compliment the quinoa burger and made no sense to me. I put some of the habanero sauce from the firework burger to add flavor. Added more ketchup to lessen the spice in the sauce. Pickles: you can order a bowl of pickles here and they taste so yummy! Really love the pickles because they taste homemade.

After two not to great experiences here ice determined that the service is bad and the food is below mediocre. Heres my first experience: I was meeting 2 of my friends and I arrive first. There is a wait but I tell the host that I am waiting for 2 others. In less than 5 minutes friend #1 arrives. We are next in line by now. Within 10 minutes 2 tables clear up but we arent invited to sit. A couple walks in and they are instantly seated at a booth. I ask the host whats up and she says "your group isnt complete yet." Wth?? Finally friend #2 walks in but by this time we had to wait another 5ish minutes cause a line formed again. The calamari was overcooked and French fries undercooked. Second experience: had to ask the waiter for napkins at least 4 times until I finally gave up and went to grab them myself. It wasnt even a busy night. Brought wrong order and then brought the right order made the wrong way. Was this guy new?? Idk. But I wont be going here again.

I didnt have a very good experience here. It took far too long for us (I was with a friend) to be seated, and it wasnt because the restaurant was crowded; the people who worked there were ignoring us. Overall, I found the staff to be very rude and unhelpful. It again took far too long to both order and receive our food, as our waitress seemed over-burdened. The food itself tasty enough, but no burger should ever cost $12 (not including side orders). The final straw for me was when we asked our waitress if we could split our bill and she replied that shed already printed it out. I dont like spending money at any establishment where the staff acts like the customers are a nuisance, and Crazy Burger is a perfect example of such a place.

My meal was absolutely foul. I ordered the mahi mahi burger and it extremely overcooked, dry and totally flavorless. The fries were cold and soggy, and the quacamole tasted days old. When i told the waiter I didnt like my meal, he offered me a mere 10% off of my sandwich, an absolute joke, and then had the audacity to ask me if i wanted dessert. Others in my party thought that their meals were quite repulsive. The vegan in my party was the only one who liked her meal, and thats no surprise considering vegans will eat anything (except animal products of course). The wings were aight though.

Crazy Burger has kept up with the times. They have a facebook page where they ask customers to make a recipe for them and every month they include it on their menu. They have an outside porch where children arent allowed (not that I dont like children, I just dont like it when parents dont discipline their children when Im trying to enjoy my meal!) And their food is excellent. They have vegan and vegetarian dishes as well as meat. They also serve breakfast lunch and dinner! and their drinks are made in house! BYOB!

Oh dear - went for brunch. Ordered eggs over easy with zucchini latkes and potatoes. All bad. The eggs were cooked (a bit over cooked) in grease - not good flavor. The so-called latkes were uncooked paste - really! A little brown crust on the outside and then totally raw, uncooked on the inside - too thick to cook properly. The potatoes were ghastly - this time way over-cooked and again didnt taste good. The entire meal was lousy!! And to think that someone treated me.....waste of their money, alas.

Long waits, terrible service. When water started to leak on to our table, from the ceiling, the manager and wait staff seem un-phased. Ceiling water splashed onto my new born daughter and the manager said "well, we cant put a high hair in the aisle. What would like to do?" What!? You tell me what youre going to do!... Eventually moved us to another table, without a single sorry, were we finished our over cooked eggs, canned hash and cooked from frozen home fries. Not worth the wait, trouble or money.
