This is for delivery and phone service. This is by far the worst service ever. On march 23, 2011 at about 8:30pm i order a BBQ steak Tip and a blueberry Frozen Yogurt and the cost of this turn out to be about 19 including tip. One i open the bag up, the frozen yogurt container seems as though it went through a very rough time. It was dented to the max. I even took pics of it before i open it. Then what i saw was melted frozen yogurt that was less than half full. Like okay, im a reasonable person and i order from them before and it was nothing like this. I called them and this is where the 1 star is coming from. A guy picked up and i told them my situation. He said there is nothing he can do, its not our fault, its the delivery guys fault. Like seriously? you blame it on the delivery guy that you hired.. he then said well there nothing i can do. We place it from the freezer to a bag and then its deliver it too you. I wasnt expecting them to give me a new order or give me back the money, but at least say you will do better next time or take that off your menu in the future. or maybe even invest in a "cooler" bag. like really, anyone who has some sort of brain will realize things do melt if you dont keep it cold. Then i continue with asking if this is how you you treat your customer, someone that calls all the time and orders from you guys. He asked " yup theres nothing we can do" I was like okay have a good night and hanged up. Like the food is pretty good, but trust me, do not get any of there food if you want them to deliver it to you. Like others say, all there food is soggy when its delivery to you.

I love their Frozen Yogurt! I mean its really delicious. I get Strawberry Yogurt there a lot, and the wait (which depends on how many orders they have) is worth it. Its not like those modern looking places that have the self serve and add what you want on it, not those type places; but they give you this 2-serving size cup and its smooth and flavored with whatever you want; they have a lot of flavors. Id say its worth the price! Even when I order for pick up, they wont make the yogurt until I actually get there, so its always tasty, smooth, mouth-watering delicious!!

New management. Excellent food, quite possibly better service. Very fast, very friendly, and the new owner completely turned the place around. Very nice guy. Great alternative to some of the more specialized places where they offer great specialty options here. Try it out, the new management is excellent.

Prospect Cafe has the greatest warm sandwiches. Plus, the pizza is off the roof! Thats right, folks, eat a warm sandwich or a pizza. You wont be sorry. In fact, youll be full of gratitude. The kind you get from saving a bunnys life as it is drowning in a small pond. Gratitude.

Two our of four times I have ordered the smoked mozzarella alfredo, and have gotten regular alfredo. The smoked mozzarella is great, the plain alfredo is tasteless.
