Went for breakfast for the first time recently. Asked for a menu of the man behind the counter. Told him that I would sit down at a booth and was told that he had to do something out back. Read menu for a couple minutes. Waitress walked into the restaurant (from outside) and asked if I had been served and said not yet. She asked if I wanted coffee, said yes. After ordering, I decided that the drink coolers and refrigerated case were blowing cold air at me, so relocated into a back booth instead. After asking for another coffee refill, was told that I had too many and when she filled my cup was told that this was the LAST ONE. This may have been my 4th/5th cup, but was needing to wash down breakfast. I looked,on the way out, if there was any signage about a refill limit, but didnt see one. Never - in my entire life- have I been at a breakfast place and told that there was a limit on coffee refills! Needless to say, I will never go back to this restaurant again.

I have always been interested in eating at this cafe. I finally got the time to go, I walked in and waited will I stood over people eating there breakfast, I srood for 15minutes till what i thought a hostess was coming to greet me but I was wrong instead she turn and helped someone at a table. I then stood for another 10 minutes and no one ever came to ever say hi. I will never go here again..

Friendly home-town atmosphere. Lots of regulars, so most known on a first name basis. Husband and wife owners are the cook and waitress. They care about quality service as well as the well being of their customers. Besides breakfast and lunch seven days a week, they manage to fit in a supper menu on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

While the space may be tight and the ambiance leaves something to be desired, the food, value, and service more than make up for it. Our new go-to breakfast spot. My kids love picking out books to read while we are waiting, which is always short as the staff is attentive to getting the children’s food out ASAP.

Breakfast review: This is a quality "diner" option in the Maynard/Stow area. Food is good, service is good. If youre looking for artisan/fancier/specialty meal, go elsewhere. Otherwise, youll enjoy a solid breakfast.

Microwaved frozen burger patties before "grilling" them. Very slow service. Staff was friendly but go somewhere else for a quality meal.
