SHOULD HAVE GONE TO THE THAI RESTAUNANT IN PASCOAG!!! I went to the waterfall today to try it out with my wife. we both ordered omelettes and were half way through when my wife bit into a twist tie in her omelet! a steel one with plastic coating that is used for breads or bags. we told the waitress and she offered another dish but my wife was already turned off. the manager asked how lunch was. my wife said bad and he chuckled until he heard what happened. they said sorry but that was all. no offer to make amends. no offer for a free meal next time, (maybe asking for a second chance). you never know what they do to the food in the back room of these places! I much prefer an open view kitchen! they would rather you look at the waterfall (as in there ads) so you dont look at the kitchen! BTY, we went to the library after there and we saw the cook out back taking out the trash. hope he washed his hands!

Went to Dinner on a Saturday night, just live a mile away dont know why I havent heard more about it! The staff was friendly and attentive, I wasnt that hungry and it was nice to see they had sandwiches available at night. I had the rib eye sandwich it had a great flavor (the waitress said it is because it was char-grilled & gives it that something extra, I agree) and my wife had the Cajun salmon w/ apricot glaze. I dont care for spicy but she said it was a nice combo of spicy & sweet and extremely fresh. Next time I will make sure I go back with a bigger appetite, there was a lot of tasty sounding pasta dishes Id like to try. I will let you know how that goes, two thumbs up for now!! I will be back and am making a point to let my friends know about it, very comfortable place.

My family and I first tried Waterfall for breakfast. The waitstaff was super attentive and very accomodating. Excellent coffee with non-stop refills. My wife loved the flavored coffee; homefries were delicious and well seasoned. My eggs (over easy) were cooked correctly and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her omelette. My two kids, ages 4 & 5, enjoyed their pancakes and egg sandwich respectively. My wife and daughter have been back since, and raved about the chocolate chip cookies. We are big fans of The Waterfall Cafe, as well as Bella (same ownership), and are quick to recommend both to everyone. We look forward to trying Waterfall for lunch and dinner in the future!

Everything from the Seafood Stuffed Portobello Mushroom appetizer to the Chicken Parmesan was very good, service was very good as well, my only real issue was with the Bar Service. I ordered a Bud Light bottle and my date ordered a "Bar Vodka" with Sprite & a lime. We each had a few drinks with our meal and when I asked for the check I was surprised to see I was being charged for the higher priced "Sky Vodka" instead of the Bar Vodka that was requested! Not a bid deal but having been a bartender for over 7 years. I know when a customer orders Bar Vodka in a mixed drink they dont expect me to pour from the "Top Shelf" just to pad the Tab!

Waterfall is always spot on. They are always very consistent, which is not an easy task. They hire their help locally, which provides great opportunities for young people. Their menu is updated often and is very trendy, as well as always offering more traditional fare. Martinis almost always come with a side car, try to find that everywhere. Oh, and dont forget to try the chicken tenders, no matter how old you are! I have been going there very regularly ever since 2011, never a disappointment, always a happening spot, in Bville!

The food is very good the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Atmosphere is local and causal with a classy feel. With its local art on display for sale gives it a downtown look in the country. From Breakfast on weekends to Sandwiches all the way to upscale dinners try it you may find a new favorite dining establishment. Management likes feedback.

Honestly THE WORST food Ive experienced in a long time. Dehydrated fish tacos on dry soft corn tortillas and chicken marsala that tasted like maple syrup. The food we had to endure after waiting well over 30 minutes from ordering. Diced tomatoes on a toasted hoagie with a sprinkle of cheese is NOT bruchetta. Enjoy your drink then leave!

I think this is a good restaurant and I have eaten many times and liked it every time. Today I went in at 12 pm looking forward to eggs Benedict and at 12:03 my wonderful server asked the cook if I could order breakfast I was told no. I completely understand why you need policy but this was disappointing.

There is nothing more to say then........ OUTSTANDING! Been going here for the past 3-4 years! Have yet to have a bad meal. Mixed drinks are dead on, Beer is ice cold! Daily specials! The wait staff and Bartenders are some of the most attentive folks around.

Had a delicious stuffed quahog at the bar with an ice cold bottled beer. Service was a bit slow but we were not in a hurry. Ill definately visit again. Farmers market next. Its right across the street. Great location.
