worst management and customer service ever.....AVOID fellow yelpers. -------------------------------------------------- - ordered a pie from this place and when it came to picking it up heres what i got. Its snowing right ? so i totally understand logistics of getting the pizza here which is why i told the pizza dude ill come pick it up. but his response was that it would be out to me in no time and its the first order for hes delivery guy. so i acquiesced and said fine deliver it. an hour goes by........i call the guy who i assume is the owner or manager, and hes like oh its you, the guy just left, i said really....the guy JUST left after an hour.....silence, hes assures me ill get it in the next minute or two. 15 mins go by, i see a car pulling up to my lot, takes another 5 mins for the driver to call his boss to have him call me. i tell the driver im not ok with paying full price for this when its over an hour late and i could have picked it up but was assured that it would come to me asap, call your boss up cause this is a jerk move on his part. i over hear delivery guy talking to the awesome manager, managers response? any words of customer satisfaction? nopeee, i believe his exact words were" You know what ?! tell you him its 18 inches of powder outside (more like 3-4) and just bring it back!!!!" now i dont know who conducts business like this but it doesnt bode well with a business in the "SERVICES" industry. call the manager up to discuss why i felt the way i did, and he gives me a sob story that its hard out there for the driver and the delivery. listen....thats kinda why i OFFERED to pick up, you kinda recommended that i get it delivered. I asked him how long it takes for a pie to cook...12 mins he retorts with disdain, so i reply, that means i would have been there in 12 since i live 2 mins away.....he says nothing but continues to complain of the snow problem....(not a real problem as the roads are clear, also if its so much of a problem why continue to conduct business only to deliver well below expectations?) ive also ordered here before, theres nothing gourmet about this pizza, with the over price food that have nothing more than just a douse of olive oil, your in for a bang for your buck....if we were in canada and used their currency. not a whole surprise why this place is rated so low. Bad form pizza guy ....bad form

If I could give this location less than one star I would. Ordered a couple months back and food was delivered over an hour late with errors. Called to speak with a manager and they said they dont have any mgmt. Placed an order online today. After 40 minutes I called to check on delivery. GPB had the order, but never processed it. I asked how they would rectify this and they offered a soda. I asked to speak with a manager and they hung up. Called back and now they are pretending to only speak Spanish. This company processed a payment on my credit and never fulfilled order reques

They have very good pizza and wraps, the service customer has gone way better since my last visit (reason why I decided to write a review). All pizzas Ive tried are reallty good, specially the buffalo Bill and a week special they had 2 weeks ago..it was called "the big green" ..it even had green dough on it!!

The pizza bar consists of premade pizza that is warmed up when you choose your slices. They only have 2-3 on hand, and pepperoni, and cheese were two of the options. There was also an odd smell that was a little uncomfortable. Wasnt really sure what it was. Pizza was of fair quality though.

Over priced, Cold wraps, and horrible service. Even the Pizza is soggy and greasy. with all the choices for pizza. i would avoid this waste of a good location at all cost. Let me stress to you the the service here is appalling, despicable, and offensive. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Pizza is OK. Nothing great. The prices are still high. We only go here if we dont have a lot of time for lunch. Since they just warm up pre-made pizza that sits in the display case. They also have salads and subs as options, that I havent really tried.

I wouldnt call it "gourmet". The pizza is just ok and the service can be pretty bad at times. Each time Ive been there, there is always a convo on personal issues that should be kept to themselves. Ive had pizza way better than theres and much cheaper

We get lunch there because its a short ride from the office for takeout. Sandwiches are decent, fried things are fine. Pizza tastes fine, but it is GREASY. Nothing particularly "Gourmet" about it. A little pricey for the products.
