I went to T.G.I. Fridays today and my husband and I had the worst service we ever had from our waitress Lindsey. The waitress only had 3 other 4 tops when we arrived. She took 20 minutes to come greet us, and that was because I had to go to the hostess and ask who our server was because Lindsey never came to greet us. She then took our order and completely forgot about our drinks. Latter she arrives with only half of our food, takeing another 15 minutes to go get the rest. She never refilled our drinks nor did she ask us if we needed anything. And when we asked she called us needy. Then someone else brings out our desert that we ordered. Five minutes latter Lindsey also brings out the desert, and states "oh I was in the bathroom contemplating on how much I hate this job, and someone probably thought I died and brought it out". Originally when she brought out the extra plate, I thought "wow, she is trying to make up for this poor service by giving us an extra desert". No she just completely forgot. This was literally the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The service was so bad that she even volentired to remove something from our bill because she admitted to giving poor service. Please hire people that want to be at work because she didnt. We were not the only table that was unhappy. We heard many many people leave complaining. I will say that hostesses were very nice and the food was really good.

My experience was an outrage, the food was so cold and the service was right there with it. the inside of my wings were frozen. The waitress ripped us off of 24 dollars. The food was so cold i had to go to my car and get my winter coat. She then proceeded to bring my food in the wrong order. I wanted to eat my wings then my salad. Now my diet is all messed up. This meal was from the Dollar store. I asked for sprite and they gave me bootleg seltzer. I now have bronchitis because of my mysterious black hairs in my food. When my waitress went to pick up my glass her sweat went in my eyes and it brought me back to flashbacks of the nam war. When I got my food there was no silverware, I asked for some and it came out 35 minutes later. My hands were very messy just like the waiters personality. I never ended up getting my silverware. They wanted me to use a stick they found outside. The stick was just as crippled as the waitress. My final destination was the bathroom, there were complimentary mints. I love this place, I give it 5 stars.

Horrible experience!!! Forever to get our drinks 15 minutes at least. Food did not taste good at all. Waited forever for our food which was cold when it came out. Our father who got his meal 10 minutes after us on Fathers Day was really cold. Asked for a water and never got it after asking 2 times even after getting our food 45 minutes later. Refills were asked too and only got my second drink after our food was all done. Had to walk up to get more napkins for a table of 5 and she only gave us two napkins. Are we going to share napkins? And then the manager walking around not helping at all there isnt much help and he is doing nothing. Food was horrible and cold would not recommend the slightest

The wait to get in was only 15 minutes, but once we placed our order, it took over an hour and 10 minutes for our food to come. Having 3 kids cry for the second half of the 1st hour because they were hungry was miserable. When I asked for our check so I could pay for our drinks and take the kids to Burger King, they kept saying it would just be a few more minutes. 4 minutes after making a second stink about paying our drinks, the food finally came. My steak was not that good and they messed up my side order. I knew the food at this chain tended to be salty, but it was ranch dressing was very salty. Ill make sure I never go back and discourage any employees from going in the future

Not what it was 5 or 10 years ago. The last time we were there, I ordered a baked potato with butter. The server brought one loaded, so I sent it back and reiterated that I wanted only butter. 5 mins later, I received a new dry potato with no butter so I asked for butter. 20 minutes later the idiot had the nerve to return (without the butter) and ask how everything was. I made a snide comment that I was good except I cant eat my potato with no BUTTER, at which point he apologized and said he would get the butter. I told him not to bother because the potato was now cold, but he brought it anyway. Needless to say, I did not eat the potato, and he did not receive a tip.

Ordered endless nachos, only got one order of nachos before our entrees came (approx. 30 minutes). We watched our waitress get yelled at by the manager, very unprofessional. The Caesar salad came with no kale, only romaine, despite the menu clarifying it as a combination. No water refills and our table was filled with dirty dishes because no one took any of them away. Anyone who came to our table was gone so quickly we barely had any time to order any other drinks. Also, there was a strange smell near the bar.

Me and my fiance went to dinner here last night after Christmas shopping, our daughter was with us she was fussy but the waitress was absolutely kind with us and patient while we handled her. Our waitresses name was Rachel. She was kind, polite and very good at her job! When giving us our check she informed us that she had actually covered half of our check herself! Greatest waitress Ive had! Pleaseee please please look into making it well known that she is one of your best employees!

Initially gave a very bad review, but I am deleting it, because it has been a few months, and I have a degree of confidence that Sean, the new manager, is working to turn things around. EDIT Sean, the manager contacted us and explained that he was recently assigned to this restaurant, and that he is in process of correcting many of the problems. He was sincere and professional, and invited us back. We plan to go back next time we are nearby. Added 2 more stars.

After being told it was a 15 min wait. We waited 45 mins to find out that we were taken off the list along with others who were waiting. Once inside we waited another 45 mins for our food because "there was a problem with our food." There server was a absolute sweetheart and felt bad that she had to apologise numerous times. Needless to say we will not be returning to any Fridays in the future. This is the second location that was absolutely horrible!!!!

We just got soo much food with the endless apps, and they didnt charge us per person for the endless apps..they charged us $12 for the whole table..thats it! And they brought out multiple apps at one time. It was amazing! Dont know if it was a mistake, if we had a wicked awesome server, or what..but whatever the case, that was the best dining experience Ive had in a while! Who knows how that place even stays in business with what they charged!
