Best breakfast/brunch place ever! Seriously. Edit: now that i saw some negative reviews i am very curious where the bar is for these people. If there is a better breakfast place i have not been there. No place is perfect, but i have eaten here about a dozen times and never had a bad experience. I get somerhing different each time and i am never dissapointed. Adult breakfast beverages are great and the specials are always creative and solidly satisfying. Im trying to think of something negative to say....it gets loud and busy (because its popular). Wait staff is great but even they can fall behind, but they are always professional so it is understandable. Not a huge selection of options on the menu, but quality over quantity on that one. Speaking of that, portions are very generous and i have not found anything on the menu i didnt like yet, but i will keep trying new things each time. So far, not a bad meal has been served here to me or any of my family yet. This is my number #1 favorite brunch place.

As a preface, Ive worked in a kitchen for the past 15 years. Not from the area, but saw a menu online and stopped in with my father on a busy Saturday night. Seeing the packed parking lot, we were worried about having a long wait, but we were told that they had opened up the adjoining café and would offer the full dinner menu so nobody would have to wait. We were seated and immediately greeted by a extremely courteous and informative waiter. All staff we encountered were pleasant. Both meals arrived much faster than expected considering the volume in the restaurant at the time, and were both cooked to perfection. Seafood expected to be medium was precisely medium. When I asked about a specific dish, the waiter recommended it to me as his personal favorite, and I can see why. It wasnt expensive, it wasnt an upsell, it was an honest, delicious meal. Will be back if in the area, and would definitely recommend.

Usually, we love Red Rock, are there at least once per week, and tip very well. The last time we were there, however, things went wrong right from the beginning. We waited forever for a server. One of the usual waiters finally brought some popcorn, and then we were handed off to a newbie. Thats not a problem in itself, except that I ordered a glass of chardonnay, got the usual house brand, but was charged $2.00 more for the expensive chard. I feel taken advantage of, because while I did not "call " the brand of chard, I never have to. The usual staff brings the house brand and charges accordingly. Its things like this that make us want to forgo future visits to Red Rock. Staff should be trained on which customers are which, and waitresses should NEVER try to rip off excellent customers.

Decent. The duck was over cooked and the dish too sweet. Dont get me wrong- I love a sweet duck, but it needed a little more balance. So instead of maple syrup, sweet potatoe, and figs(?), throw in some citrus or use regular potatoes and some interesting spices, and maybe a mushroom or two ( the figs might have been mushrooms but there was so much syrup I assumed they were figs). If the duck were cooked well the dish would have been better, but still just ok. Ill certainly go back, the menu is interesting and duck is notoriously difficult to cook, but I must say I was a bit disappointed with the entree. Service was very good. Beer, wine and mixed drink menu was good. The popcorn is a nice touch.

Despite my general disdain for hipster cuisine, I have to give this place a good review. Ive been here 3 times in the past year and every meal Ive had has been both great tasting and fairly priced. Although some of the dinner specials can be a little on the pretentious side, usually involving at least one fad-food and Sriracha, everything that comes out of the kitchen seems to be attentively prepared with high quality (and usually local) ingredients. To be fair, the menu also offers traditional New England fare like meatloaf, pot roast and fried fish done exceptionally well.

Awesome! The Upton/Grafton area is desparately in need of a restaurant of this quality. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Wait staff are very friendly (weve gotten take out several times and ate there with our young children...wait staff were very accomodating and pleasant with the kids....they actually acknowledgded our children which is more than you get at many other restaurants! Looking forward to going back and also to take advantage of their Good to Go attached cafe.

Tried this place after hiking the nearby Purgatory Chasm due to its popular reviews online. The restaurant did not disappoint. Both my boyfriend and I work in the food industry and from the creative menu (Jebbs burger - peanut butter in a burger?!) to the informative and friendly waiter (Blake), we walked way with a great dining experience. Would definitely dine in again if in the area.

They are trying, and have a good idea, but both times we have been there unfortunately the food was only good here and there. Just fair and indifferent overall. Even though they are close by and the most conveniently located restaurant for us we do not think of them first. Too bad.

The food is great, but the wait is long. The steak was juicy, and well seasoned. The waitresses were friendly, good service. Its great for the summer time, they have outdoor seating in the back. Great food right in the Grafton Upton backwoods.

Terrible service, and the food is not notable enough to come back for - they try to hard to be high end and upper class "hipster", they would have more luck if they dropped the pretentious attitude and served up burgers, fries, and ice cream.

Very disapointed!! At 5:30 pm We called and made a reservstion for 8 at 6:30. Upon arrival we were informed they were having a Martini Fest and they could not accomodate us! Why did they take the reservation? Very poor management!

Dont be fooled by its exterior, Red Rock is not a dive! This is a comfortable, family friendly restaurant and pub. Very popular with locals because of their food and Sunday brunch Get the Jam Burger! You wont regret it!

This place was great! We went for brunch, had a killer omelette, caesar salad, and grapefruit mimosas. Our server, Sarah, was super and so was the other server working the patio. Excellent food.

Much different inside than it looks. A little bit of everything but with some fancy food as well. A big choice in salads are very good. The raspberry cheese cake was terrific.

The food is great and the service is second to none. The craft beer selection always features local favorites for everyones tastes. Check it out if you are in the area.
